If I could give no stars I would I walked in there for one thing, got it and stood at the register for 3 to 5 minutes before cashier came from outside to check to see if anybody was at the register. Both employees were sitting down outside when I walked in and there were other customers in the store.

New employees not properly trained. Didnt know how to load my visa go2 card... Kept saying i needed to use my phone to load it. I've had the same card for 10 years and never had to use my phone to load it.

The picture u see was when they first opened. The store looks clean and well managed. There are a few that could work on peoples skills but the one that works in the morning is very nice and helpful also it's to bad the other one quit. Also the prices are ringing up correctly when they weren't I had no problem with the staff changing the price u have to remember they could loss there job if they don't question it. Keep it up dollar general please don't lose the lady that works in the morning she is a pleasure she makes my dollar general experience :)

4 major concerns:1. Trash scattered everywhere outside for months. Blows onto the farmers fields and the school.2. The manager and employees play on their phones in the back while you use self checkout. If there’s an issue, you wait 5-10min. This is normal for months now.3. The receipt paper is almost always empty at the only self checkout and they tell you to just hit the skip button.4. No paper, means no receipt. If you pay attention, you’ll see the prices are considerably higher at checkout than listed on the shelves.

This place is nasty. Can't get anyone to check you out. They are to busy sitting and talking and giggling in the back room. I pull up and there is trash in the parking lot. If you're not helping customers or stocking the shelves. Maybe try cleaning something.

There were apparently two people working but you would have been hard pressed to know that. Neither showed any sense of urgency or any desire to help customers. The older lady working was apparently talking on a headset to her kother as she rudely walked right in front of me and on by. There was one self checkout being used and she did finally come up to ring up customers but I do not think she ended her call. The store is a mess and the staff are unprofessional. This is a horrible example of how you should want your stores, especially one this new. FAIL.

New manager and employees ☺️ slowly their getting the store back together since the last manager. Pricing will be fixed soon and store is definitely much more organized then before. The assistant manager is absolutely amazing ?

All of the prices are wrong, always!! Cashiers are annoyed when you mention it. Sometimes they change it, sometimes they just say too bad. The store is a disaster with carts piled ceiling high of stuff that never gets put away. People cannot get through the aisles to shop even if they did have items stocked, which they don't. No one is ever at the cash register or working in the store. Just went at 6:45 on a Friday night and lights on, doors locked! They should be open until 10.
