Horrible delivery service. I am guessing Amazon enjoys loosing money considering the amount of times they have had to resend the stuff I ordered because their delivery drivers delivered it to someone else I have even had a time they delivered the replacement to someone else so Amazon had to pay for both sets of product and issue me a refund I guess if they don't care it was more like I am buying stuff for my family and pretty much giving it away. Here is there latest delivery then a picture of my house with address visible no idea where my packages are but that's a couple hundred dollar loss for Amazon shall see if I get the replacement Sunday if only Walmart had the stuff in stock.

I work here and lucky to have the bosses that I have in shipping... Most people are a joy to work with and big variety of meals available to sustain long shifts. Just wish it was a tad bit cleaner!

They lied about delivery attempt. I was home and my front door was open. They never tried. This is the second time this happened. The driver should be disciplined. Just to lazy to get it done. All my other orders from Amazon get here no problem.

Great place to work, but be warned this job isn't easy. Pay is very competitive, however, and the benefits are even better. If you don't mind long hours, and some hard work, then this is the place for you.

every time i get an order from amazon its lost or marked as delivered when its not, delivered to wrong addresses. Most incompetent delivery drivers on the planet. Done doing business with amazon! Stay clear.

On 2 seperate occasions this month Packages are not left at the house but at the garage. Once in the pouring rain. Driver also drives thru the yard. Train these drivers properly or we will take our business elsewhere

I have been delivering for a while now, but I've also delivered in Sussex WI when I lived near there. When I got here, I was surprised at the extremely long wait times and how they never have anything ready. I have to consider that they just recently opened and it was closer to Christmas.

So... I ordered this tool a week ago, i really need it for my job. Promised delivery date goes by and no package. I end up calling amazon and they tell me my package was lost in the mail. Hey i get it! Life happens! But i need that tool! So they promised me the new tool would arrive Sunday a day before my work week starts.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE! Delivery was due Monday. Received an email at 6 pm saying it was delayed and should be delivered by Friday and to contact them on Saturday if not received. WHAT??? I live 15 minutes from the Euclid Oh dist center and 25 minutes from the Randal dist center. It is now late Tuesday night and I have not received the delivery. Amazon was still promising one day delivery for orders placed on Monday and Tuesday... what an outright lie. I could have shopped at the local Evil Walmart store for comparable items and brought them home on Sunday. So glad that our Meijer has opened in Mentor. I will be doing much less Amazon shopping and most likely cancel my Prime membership.

AMZL = Unbelievable Delivery Info. I have had multiple deliveries and as soon as I see that it's AMZL I know that it will go to Amazon Euclid and whatever delivery date/time promised will be utter rubbish. I've even been told the driver was 3 stops away and then package gets delayed to the next day for no reason. Makes my Prime membership far less valuable.

2 Christmas gifts I ordered arrived today in front of my door not in boxes and already open. The box that was in a shipping bag was open and the article was loose inside. Why are the boxes always destroyed when I receive them? It seems like there are careless people working there or they're going through opening everyone's stuff.

Shipped from Amazon, to an Amazon locker, by Amazon, and they still couldn't deliver it when they said. In addition to that, Amazon Logistics has given three different responses the three times we've called them.Completely useless and I will stop using Amazon if this continues much longer.
