They are extremely slow at this pharmacy location. I'm thinking about moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy or maybe home delivery thru my insurance.

Sadly the pharmacy clerk did not understand how to apply the manufacturer discount card, very sad really! Also the check out equipment wasn't work properly. Why would anyone visit a store when mail delivery just works.

Rude and unfriendly staff who appear to hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. I dislike going there because of their attitude.

I have a LOT of medications and do most of my shopping for everything from toiletries to medicines for colds and toothpaste and they never run out, always have the BEST sales, and as a care card member save SOOOO MUCH with the discounts and coupons!!! Thanks for helping make my life easier

Horrible, getting your prescription right is like pulling teeth, no one takes responsibility, and you have to hold the pharmacy staffs hand like they're all children. Not only do they make the process a million times harder none of them are pleasant in the slightest.

What's the point of the drive thru when you have to wait in line for a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes... it's insane and this is every time I go there... I went inside a couple of days after & the pharmacy staff was just rude and totally unprofessional. Who needs this type of service, especially when sick kiddos....

The CVS and the pharmacy are both open 24 hours. This is quite a busy location but they have improved dramatically over the past 10 years. Usually I don't wait very long at all to pick up my medications. There's also a drive-thru you can use to pick up your medicine.

To be fair, every since CVS started accepting caresource, the lines at the pharmacy have been extremely long. However, technicians are doing the best they can with increased volume. Today, the customer service representative in the drive thru was so pleasant. She greeted me, smiled, joked and even bid me a great day. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the Euclid Ohio CVS. I told her thank you for a great exchange. I’m only giving a four star based on my over all experiences with the cvs pharmacy
