This place is awful they never have their shit together my insurance never seems to work for them and they always take way too long for one damned car in the drive thru I get it's not fast food but it shouldn't take 15mins for one damned car while nobody is in line in the actual pharmacy...also was forced to come here when they bought ride aid and that alone was a huge ordeal to deal with...i never come here again if I didnt absolutely have to now I got my pharmacy switched over to my hospital pharmacy DO BETTER!!!

My first time using their pharmacy and may be my last. I stood there for 5-7 minutes before being acknowledged and the pharmacist isn’t the friendliest person.

It takes entirely too long to pick up a prescription in the drive through. It's really unacceptable. I waited half an hour. Literally a half an hour! It took the associate at the window 5-8 minutes per customer.

My job makes me go to CVS for my insurance to cover my prescriptions, and this CVS is so rude, understaffed, and horrible to customers that I pay for my RX out of pocket at another pharmacy.
One time I was picking up an RX and the lady told me I would have to be on this RX forever and there are natural alternatives. I politely declined as I have been working with my doctor for years and as I was driving away, this woman (not the pharmacist) loudly began talking to a coworker about the "idiots who don't listen to her advice" with enough volume I could hear it as I drove away, and I'm sure the car behind me heard it too.
If you see two cars in the drive through, get comfy because you are going to be there forever. Each car takes 15-20 minutes. If you go into the store the line wraps around the isles so you won't get taken care of any quicker. The employees have no sense of urgency, no customer service skills, and no business working in healthcare with the attitude they have.

I ordered a photo book that was advertised for same day pick up. I got an email that it was ready to pick up later that day. I went to pick it up a few hours later and it wasn't ready. Not sure why I got the email. I called 2 days later and it still wasn't ready. Maybe don't advertise for same day pick up.

No more receipt coupons, bummer ! Honestly, it was the only reason I occasionally went to CVS. Disappointing.

was here with my sister last night (5/3, around 1:30-2 AM ish) and whoever the cashier was at the time, was literally the sweetest woman on the entire planet—i didn’t catch her name but she needs a raise!!!! she was absolutely lovely and super nice! ???

I'm only going to this pharmacy because my benefits made me change to CVS. The employees at this CVS always make my husband and I feel like they are doing us a favor. They are so unprofessional and unorganized!

I'll never understand how this place stays in business. Calling the attention of the manager or corporate has no effect. Yesterday I responded to a text from CVS to get my second vaccine. I stood at the consultation window for several minutes (only customer) while the pharmacy staff gossiped. (I could hear what they were talking about) The one girl was leaning across the back counter like she needed a nap. The pharmacist that she was chatting with looked me in the eye several times but made no effort to acknowledge my presence. Did I mention there were four pharmacy employees and I was the only customer at the counter? Unbelievable.
