Horrible customer service, rude and no help at all act like it’s a chore when you ask for help with anything. Store is a mess and unorganized. Definitely need to get some help in there

Be VERY careful about filling prescriptions here.
They do not “dot their I’s and cross their T’s”.
And when they do screw up…and they will…
They lie and talk shady to cover it up.
Thank God I wasn’t filling a life-saving medication of some sort but, I shouldn’t have to interrogate to find out what is going on with my prescription over three days!
Just own your mistake, apologize and correct it.

A young lady in the pharmacy department was very rude and lack Customer service quality she need to go back to training and learn not to raise your voice at people when you don't understand their questions it was very rude

The Discount Drug Mart Store on East 200 Street in Euclid,Ohio is phenominal! I have been going there since they first opened many decades ago. The service is always great!
