I have had my storage since 2017, that’s when I moved to Ohio from Wisconsin. However the customer service has been through a dreadful transition. I was very impressed by the professionalism the previous staff offered when I first started my rental.\nHowever during the last seven years Euclid Storage has become an eyesore in the community as well as a display of unprofessionally management.\nI have utilized other options however I will move all items out as soon as possible.

A terrible case of you get what you pay for:Euclid Self Storage is only about 10$ cheaper than their competitors but the headache you'll experiance with this unprofessional company is absurd.1. I am registered with autopay yet EVERY month they charge my card I recieve a notice saying it's been declined and they're charging me a 10$ late fee. I have called my bank and personally looked into it each time, my bank says nothing even went through on their end and yet Euclid Storage REFUSES to look into it after literally 9+ months of this happening!! Each time, they tell me it's not them yet wont actually just reinput my information.2. VERY UNSAFE LOCATION. Even the employees there seem more nervous than anyone else. They are located in one of the roughest spots in Euclid, I was personally told about a molotov cocktail incident a few houses down by the manager himself. Their security? A few old cameras that might not even work and a gate that stays OPEN all day!!3. Winter service: non-existent. They plow the middle aisle and thats it. So if you're like me and your unit is a few aisles away, you will actually be walking in waist high snow to get where you need to go. Good luck! Its impossible when youre moving.4. Hidden fees: they make you take a standard insurance then each month hit you with a late fee when their systems dont work. In the end you may actually end up spending more.My recommendation is that you avoid this location.
