I have used Euclid Tire services my entire time living in Euclid. I haven't been happier with another car service. Vince and his team, family-owned by the way, do a wonderful job every time. Their prices are phenomenal compared to any other place in the area. They are friendly, get the job done in a timely manner, and are efficient in every service they provide. 100% hands down, the best auto service establishment in the entire Euclid area.

As a young woman who has very minimal knowledge about cars, I was beyond pleased with the service I received from Andy and his team. From the moment I called in to schedule my tire appointment to when I walked out the whole experience was pleasant. I originally went in needing new front tires hoping that it wouldn’t take too long because I also wanted to get an oil change that same evening. Well, when I mentioned that to Andy he offered to do the oil change along with replacing my tires. Not only did it make everything easier since it was all done in one place BUT the waiting room was warm and cozy. It was so cozy that my son went to sleep! Andy also gave me a few suggestions on some other things that needed to be done to the car as well and referred me to the right dealership that would take care of me.
Overall, I had an outstanding experience! We shared a few laughs and stories during the wait which made the experience ten times better. I enjoyed my time there and I know for sure I’ll be back when it's time for routine maintenance. Thank you Andy for your rockstar service!

Excellent service even when Vince was busy. He still took the time to help me with my flat tire.. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone if you need anything of car service or tire issues…..Again thanks so much for the quick and quality work Vince!!!

I came in for tires and misunderstood what I was getting . There was unfortunately a disconnect between me thinking I was getting used tires and them thinking I wanted new tires. We did get things worked out but honestly I really commend them for treating me with respect and listen to me with understanding as I explained my side of things because to me that’s what makes a good business, not when things are perfect but how things are handled when they are not .

My grandmother came in yesterday with a tire leak and left so impressed she implored me to write a glowing review of this shop! She was especially impressed with Andy (the automotive professional who reached out to her) by how courteous, friendly and responsive he was. He responded immediately to her voicemail and accommodated her the same day, without having a prior appointment, and provided excellent service with care. She will definitely be a return customer - thank you for the 5-star experience Andy and Euclid Tire team!
