I went in Saturday evening and one young cashier had 4 customers and older lady had one with light off, I asked her if she's closing because her light was off, she gave me a snide remark so I went to younger lady and she was kind and helpful, she asked if I'd do survey and Google had 6 choices...I clicked on 5 and couldn't do survey...her name was Karen and she was a good worker

This is by far the worst Home Depot ever incorporated in America. Both employees I interacted with were miserable human beings. If you don’t want to work then don’t. If you are working then act like you want to at the very minimum be polite. Garbage Home Depot unfortunately will have to drive further for a different one.

By far the worst home depot, customer service wise. The store maintains all of the products that the other store have for the most part but when it comes to the customer experience.... it's the pits. There are never enough cashiers, the ones who are open, don't have their lights on and make snide remarks about customers waiting in the other long lines. I overheard one cashier saying to another, "I just wanted to see how long they would wait". The other cashier laughed and it really is sad and frustrating. I'm going to just go next door to the DrugMart at this point. They pretty much have everything I need anyway, without the hassle of lazy cashiers.

Ghetto cashiers! Its always us that have to act ignorant. Very sick and tired of it. Being rude with no reason really gets to me because I could see if I was disrespectful but just have an attitude because I got in your check out line is insane. Everyone doesn’t deserve this type of treatment.

I wanna give a shout out George in plumbing he was very helpful and made sure us contractors had what we needed. I never had help from a Home Depot employee like the way he did because he went above and beyond.

So I go to the euclid Home depot to schedule to pick carpet and to schedule a carpet installation for my building and 2 different very rude associates said I just had to wait and stand there until the person that was supposed to be at the installation desk decided to come back. No let me see how I can help you. No let me try to find that person for you. No hey let me get your info for them to contact you. Just stand here and wait then they walk off. Maybe our PRO account should be with Lowes.

I frequent this place and have to say, I wish they had more people staffed at registers. The self checkouts help keep lines down but sometimes a human does help. Customer service is typically good here, in my opinion. I just need to know what to ask and learn faster.

Previously, I was consistently accused of stealing and prejudged by a handful of employees at this location. As a legitimate business owner, this becomes excessively annoying very quickly.Over the last year, the young men working at the paint counter became very personable with me, and Terry is always a great help! There is a lady at the Pro Services counter that knows my face now and has even remembered a client of mine before. My experience at this location has greatly improved.

We ordered a $1000 dryer on 6/4 for deliver on 6/8. On 6/8 the delivery driver stated it would not fit, even though we were replacing the same exact size dryer. They reported that the doorway was too small. I called that same day and customer service asked me to measure my doorway to be sure it was 29”. It was in fact 32”. (Standard doorway size) the customer service rep I spoke with confirmed redelivery for the following Monday. 3 days later I receive an email stating the order was cancelled. I call customer service again, I’m reassured the item is scheduled for delivery on Monday. Hours later I receive a call stating the order was cancelled completely. I spent another hour on the phone trying to figure out what the heck happened and why am I still without a dryer? No one could seem to answer that, just offered me to reorder and reschedule. I spent 30 minutes with one rep asking for a manager. DO NOT COME HERE. TAKE THE EXTRA TIME AND GO TO LOWES OR ANYWHERE ELSE. These ppl don’t care about our business. We’re having to close our credit card and start completely over somewhere else after a week and of this circus.

Avoid dealing with a manager named Nick.On Black Friday 2022, my fiance and I purchased an 18" dishwasher online when it was on sale because they don't carry the smaller models in-store. When it arrived a few days later, it was bent up to the point where the interior was affected. We called up Home Depot in Euclid to ask if we'd be able to return it to their store and have them order a replacement to be sent to our house and they did.The second one came in a few days and it was in far worse shape than the first one; we're actually pretty sure it was returned previously given the state of the box and the wrapping but it was busted up everywhere. My fiance called up Home Depot again and spoke to a manager named Nick to discuss the state of the second washer and if there was any way for him to contact the DC/warehouse to ensure that we'd get one that wasn't damaged. Nick told him to purchase another (third) one, which was full price at this time because it was no longer the Black Friday price, ensuring it'd be in good shape this time and said once we got the new one he would not only have a staff member retrieve the 2nd one from our home so we wouldn't have to bring it in ourselves, but that he would credit the amount of the 3rd one back onto my fiance's card as well as an additional undisclosed amount as a "discount" to (verbatim) "apologize for the pain and suffering you guys have been dealing with". At this point we were a couple weeks into December. We got the 3rd dishwasher; it was in perfect condition and we installed it and my fiance tried to call up to speak to Nick about arranging the pickup for the other one and to discuss the refund. Conveniently, every time he called over the course of 2 1/2 months, Nick was never in or available to discuss it, despite other employees leaving messages for him. We finally got ahold of him earlier this week and my fiance even told him we'd even bring the 2nd dishwasher in ourselves this time because we just want it out of our kitchen as long as we get our refund. Nick said to bring it in on the 3rd (which would've been last night) and said he'd explain everything to the manager-on-duty so there'd be no issues. Big surprise, we brought it in and spoke to the manager and he had no idea what was going on. He knew bits and pieces because he'd answered a couple of my fiance's calls but otherwise was left completely in the dark. Thankfully - just today - he refunded my fiancé for the more expensive dishwasher and he gave him a $200 store credit but that will be going to a friend or family member as we don't plan on using it.I've worked in retail for almost 9 years myself and it's very difficult for me to get angry over certain circumstances because I understand there are certain policies in place that have to be followed and it's a very tough industry, but being a retail manager I can say that there is absolutely no excuse for this type of mismanagement and lack for accountability and professionalism. Nick made this entire process (that should have been able to be taken care of with no issues within a week or two) a major headache for us, he absolutely screwed over the guy that was trying to help us by leaving him in the dark, and it seems he likes to make promises and commitments he's unable to keep. This experience has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we will never purchase anything from Home Depot again - especially large appliances - because of this ONE guy. From the looks of it, it looks like others on here have had bad experiences with him as well. He should undoubtedly be demoted and the other employees he put in a bad position over this should be rewarded for having to deal with his mess.

This place is horrible. I only go here if I have to grab something and I know it’ll be something I can get on my own. We once ordered multiple deck boards for our project. The order said it was ready and when we went to pick up and load, the person only brought out and thought we ordered one single deck board ??♀️ I had an additional experience where I ordered concrete blocks for a backyard fire pit. I got a text letting me know the order was ready. I went inside to locate help and it was like pulling a needle from a hay stack to find someone. When I finally did they insisted they knew about and would help with my order. They told me they were going to find it. Well..45 minutes later nobody came back to help or give me any answers. I left and canceled my order. Horrible location!

Disappointed with their selection of perenials. I've been to other Home Depots in the area with larger inventory. The employees were very helpful.

UNPROFESSIONAL AS F! Just take the drive to a real garden center where people have some experience in what they do and act like they have a place in society.
