Please beware of bad delivery services from the Euclid Home Depot. I purchased a $900 water heater just for it to be delivered with a FORGED SIGNATURE and a torn open box. Bad business.

Catherine who takes returns has the nastiest attitude. Who is she to tell someone that the fan we returned was replaced by an old fan because it was open. Ma'am we had to open the fan to know that it didn't work. I didn't appreciate that at all, and the huge sigh she gave was out of line as well. If you don't like what you do, I suggest you find another job with that attitude.

I won’t be back to Euclid Home Depot. Twice now they gave me the wrong shade of paint. Yesterday, I returned to get another gallon of paint. I had just bought a gallon the day before. They gave me the wrong shade for the second gallon. I painted the rest of my walls. When I realized, I called and spoke with 2 different managers. The first hesitantly offered a refund when I bring the rest of the paint back. The second asked me who told me I’d get a refund. I used the paint, I’m not getting a refund. I now need to get 2 new gallons of paint and new quart of trim color. Not to mention the hours I painted and now the hours I need to repaint. Horrible customer service. Sherwin Williams next time. I haven’t had issues with them. Ever.

They came for a window quote. I asked if measurements will be supplied before ordering the quote and they said they would do so. The worker in store didn’t even know they could they had me call the 800 number and they confirmed. Then the guy came out to measure and said they don’t do accurate measurements only rough measures. Then I asked if it would still quote labor and material separate and he told me yes. Then at the end he quoted me $26,000 for windows and install!! That’s $787 a window!!!!!! Rip offs! Don’t do Home Depot services they’re terrible here.
