Don’t do it most of these people probably wrote these reviews sitting in front of the sales person you will have to put money into the car a month or two after getting it another way for them to make money off you try all your options first before coming here the car you get you will be paying almost double or 3 times the car is worth and remember they just trying to make a sale nothing more nothing less
the staff friendly and you will leave with a car but don’t do it unless you absolutely have to
And if you try to call you will be on hold for a long time so you can hang up but when your looking for a car they will consistently blow up your phone with text messages

I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this review helps others. If I could leave this dealership no stars at all I would. I will NEVER get a vehicle from them again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to get a vehicle from them either. Upon getting our vehicle they messed up the electrical by splicing things together causing us not ever being able to use some of the features we purchased the vehicle for. Then not even having it a year they "repaired" it as it was just before the warranty expired only to have the same issue arise not even 24 hour after getting it back from them (They had the vehicle 2 weeks if not more and didn't communicate anything and would never call back; I had to call to get any sort of update after days of not hearing anything). When we received it after getting the engine replaced they gave it back with no oil. BONE DRY. The next morning the same issue occurs and we took it back only for them to tell us its "other" issues causing it (which weren't issues before they had the vehicle in their possession). So we received the vehicle back with not only the same issue, but MORE issues then when it was taken to them to be "repaired". Now every light is lit up on the dashboard, the electrical is a million times worse, literally nothing works (lights, turn signals, radio, windows will not roll down at all, the mph gage, gas gage and all the other gages don’t work, the whole dashboard itself doesn’t work, now the AC doesn’t work, battery won’t hold a charge, etc.), and I'm pretty sure they didn't put the right size engine in it from where it looks like it should've been bolted. When we try to get this resolved with them we get nothing but excuses and the run around. Like many others I am a mother and want a safe reliable car to have my family in and the vehicle I was assured would meet my families needs, did not meet them at all. I feel this byrider in Euclid took advantage and scammed me. I am disgusted with this whole process and their way of "customer service". I have been nothing but nice and understanding with them throughout it all. This is seriously sickening. They should be ashamed.

When all other car dealers told me no, or wanted a large down payment I couldn't afford, JD Byrider in Euclid said yes!
My car died. I was spending a fortune in ubers to and from work. My credit is awful! But Mr Avaughn Wells stepped up to the plate and took good care of me! Approval process was quick and easy. Got me into a 2013 Dodge Dart with low miles and fully loaded. Came with an extended warranty and discounted oil changes.
If you are looking for a great customer service and a good, reliable vechile, give Mr Wells a call and tell him I sent you. He will take great care of you too!
