This place is unsanitary and does poor quality gel manicures. The tools are not cleaned properly. My nails began chipping the next day. The person was digging into my cuticles too much as well and it caused discomfort for a few days. I would not recommend this place. It was also overpriced for the poor work done.

I came in for a gel pedicure and manicure Saturday August 2. The technician was friendly enough and the pedicure was just ok. She went to do my gel manicure and first I noticed the metal implements were not sanitized in barbicide. She did spray them with alcohol so I crossed my fingers and allowed her to proceed. The woman repeatedly buffed my nails and reapplied polish which was unusual. The big issue is after the technician finished the manicure and polish she went in and filed my nails again!
She began filing into my skin and took my nail beneath the top ridge to the point my fingers looked like the hands of an 8 year old child that nervously bites their nails down into the nail bed!! I was so upset. I have never experienced this.
Once I left I also noticed my polish was incredibly messy and it looked as if it had been weeks since I had my nails done.
I called the Salon and asked if I may come get the polish done over the next day. I was instructed to come Monday. Meanwhile the gel polish chipped on 2 of my nails within a day. The gentleman I spoke with today was extremely condescending and not very nice.

In less than a week, I’ve had to have two nails repainted and then one of the same nails +2 other started chipping. This is a simple gel manicure And it didn’t even last a full seven days. I won’t be back

This place is so filthy. I went in and got terrible service from Tracy, who was very busy while doing my nails and was also very unprofessional. She kept walking away to do eyebrows and check ins but never even excusing herself or apologizing for me waiting long periods several times. Has too much attitude and was rough on my hands - my cuticle was bleeding and i felt so tense the whole time as it was hurting to have my fingers twisted and poked - i came for relaxation and not stress. Then she pressed me for a tip when the service was terrible. I tip based on performance (timeliness, customer service, and final result) not just a tip for being there. NEVER GOING TO THIS DIRTY SHOP AGAIN. DO BETTER

The first time I got my eyebrows done the First Lady did a good job and they lasted… I just got them done last week and they already off my face! SMH and she was so aggressive and she messed up three times .. just for them to still be ugly when I left .!!! Very disappointed this time sadly

Terrible experience!! 2 times the nail tech cut my finger. Gave me a lazy French set and charged me $81 when it was $65 !! These are not good people. My first time I’ll never be back look at this !!! I don’t recommend especially if you’re Black, African American.

Shellac Nails only last 2 days and started to chip. Owner said yes depending on how you wash your hands… $40 later not including the tip!!! Naw
