I came in to get some coffee and I went to the cashier line and the cashier was standing behind the customer service counter I went to the customer service counter and the cashier sees me coming and she decides to come back to her original cash register that she was the cashier at I’m like this is stupid don’t waste your time coming here

I have a soft spot for the Euclid Marc's, having been a former employee. However, my loyalty isn't just nostalgia-driven. Even now, I appreciate the affordable prices and products Marc's provides. It's refreshing to have a budget-friendly grocery store in my neighborhood. Honestly, I'd rather shop here than Dave's – Marc's always meets my needs!

Unsafe, racist environment. Even those living in the area prefer the Willoughby store way over this one. They eliminated their cold cut department, carts are strewn all over the entrance and the store has a dirty, dingy look in every square foot of it. Avoid this location at all cost. The company should look to shuttering this awful location.

Had a great experience today with Marc's on Lakeshore in Euclid from a worker named Felix. I was searching for a frozen food item & was digging through the case looking for it when a thoughtful worker named Felix came over help. He was kind enough to get down and look through the case for me and got me the items that were buried in the back. Felix was so nice and considerate, definitely an asset to Marc's. Being I didn't even ask for help and he came to help me, I thought it only right I mention him. I wanted to thank him again and thank Marc's for having such a great employee.

Cashier rolled her eyes at me when I tried to talk to her ( complimented how fast she was working ) and didn’t say anything to me, then when I walked outside I saw two people running a cart over the curb and dumped the whole contents of their cart all in the road. Laughed as they walked away leaving trash everywhere. What the heck?
