The lady at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and nice ! Amber and von weren’t nice and helped me within the matter of seconds.

This is literally unacceptable I have an additional lock on my storage and my storage is paid thru until September. There is no property manager on site ever!!! & both locations Lakeland and brush it’s only 4:30 & they claim to be close even tho the signs on the door say 6!
