Calls go to VM. Poor return call time. General extension left with yet another VM. There is NO local office number I could find on the web to make an in-office appt for a broken CPAP machine. I use this company directly for our patients & will discourage them to find another DME company.

Took very long time to get ahold of them on the phone. Once I did I requested delivery after a certain time and they totally ignored my request after they said ok. Not happy with this experience. Have been ok in the past.

Tried calling this place, it’s terrible ?. Hardly ever anyone answers the phone. You listen to the voicemail more than hearing a actual voice. Customer service is terrible!! After all the customers brings the business to them.
