“Getting married in the fall and the fiancé ordered one of those neon/LED last name signs, but accidentally had it approved with an unnecessary apostrophe. Called YESCO Sign and Lighting and brought it up the same day. Adam and his team were very quick and helpful in removing the apostrophe and making sure the sign would still function. They are even calling another a company to see if they can find someone to cut the acrylic to fully remove the area where the apostrophe was since this will be hanging in our home bar/lounge after the wedding. The whole team was so helpful/knowledgable and I highly recommend utilizing them for your sign and lighting services!”

“The store was well organized and clean. The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then to my surprise immediately proceeded to perform the 3 scanning jobs herself as I must have appeared unfamiliar with the machines. I really appreciated the young lady's assistance, and she didn't miss a beat as she occasionally stepped away to help other customers as needed. Her name was not on the receipt for my Saturday 3/16 visit at 3:36p, but I couldn't thank her enough for being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the proper scanning settings to make sure my architectural scans were legible and complete!”

I ordered 2 sets of business cards one with a custom shape, I also ordered flyers as well. Jakprints was able to turn my order around in a quick timeframe and the quality, cut, and shape definitely met my expectations. Five star printing and service.”
“I have been coming here about once a month for the past 6 months. There are always a few other customers in the shop each time, to my surprise. They carry a good selection of office and shipping supplies, which are reasonably priced. I was looking at a yearly planner, with a FedEx brand label, that sold for $8, which was actually better than the one I bought from Amazon at the same price.”

“Initially I was frustrated because Bryce didn’t understand how I wanted the document stapled. When he tried the first time, it came out incorrect. However, my frustration soon was pushed aside in part by his attitude. Even though I was frustrated that he didn’t or couldn’t print it correctly, he was calm, polite, and tried to understand exactly what I wanted. He asked another associate, Kawanna, for assistance. In the end, he knew how to do it after she explained and my mom’s obituary was perfect. I applaud Bryce for his customer service skills. In fact, the entire team and store manager all were helpful to their customers. Kudos to management and the team for being patient, courteous, and professional.”
“I use Kecon Graphics for all my printing needs, silk-screening of shirts, embroidering of hats. ALWAYS more then professional. Great product \u0026 pricing is more than fair. I'm not sure who posted the other reviews but they are bogus.”
