I was charged an additional quart but the sales price was $49.99. My truck takes 6 quarts but the service amount is only (5) quarts, u have to pay for the 6 quarts. That is straight out deception & false advertisement! Disenfranchisement is a better word

They always trying to upgrade you with additional services and I get that but when they recommended a service they had already got me to buy additional and used the same excuse I no longer trust going to and then they say they put your service in they computer but this one some how they missed l, luckily I keep my service receipts

Cleaned windows and oil was taken out and put in with a machine. I have always gone to this take 5 and yet they never took care of me the way they dis this go around. I enjoyed the swiftness and professionalism of the workers!
