CONSTANTLY and CONTINUALLY I get the wrong mail, missing mail, 8 packages were delivered to my neighbors porch, not mine. Addresses CLEARLY VISIBLE on ALL addressed mail. Just too busy on their phones to actually pay attention and do their job. I called USPS and informed them of this, asking that they NOT reprimand the postal carrier, but emphasize the importance of their job. It obviously was a waste of time.

Informed delivery shows I received a package but they say there is no package. Then I have to listen to this woman disrespectfully address me, raise her voice at me when I have not engaged in her nonsense, and after waiting and waiting she told me hey, things happen I'm not perfect. So no package, no customer service, no respect, and now, no recourse either just too bad. Wow! Our tax dollars at work. Unbelievable!

Not just this location but in general, these guys have been slamming the mail around more in the last 5 years than I've ever seen from being a seller. Constant damage complains although I've been packing things the same way since 2007 and never got complaints til recent.

Constantly getting neighbors mail. Today there was mail from neighbors on both sides of my house stuffed in my mailbox!!!! Beyond ok!!!

Its been four days sence i have received any mail . Have not even seen a mail carrier . They unrelieable and do not do there job . I have had a piece of mail in the box to go out for 5 days .

Worst post office in the area. I try to avoid this post office as much as possible,even though it’s the closest one to me.
The employees don’t know the procedures and won’t figure them out. Always very slow.
Whenever I come here it always creates some kind of big problem with whatever I’m trying to accomplish, or there’s a long wait, or they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open.
Such a convenient location, but a definite avoid !!

I've not received any mail for weeks now. No bills, pay checks, not even store adds. I called and was told that they would let the delivery person know, and I still have not received any mail from MAY to present. Taking any suggestions as to who I should contact next.

joke of a post office, they got rid of the only people doing their job. Reason the country is going to hell is because of workers just like the ones in this post office

I advise you to get a PO box in a different city, this post office is perhaps the worst I have ever seen. I have no clue how it even operates. I have never received a package on time, and they never do anything about it unless I call them 5+ times. I generally sympathize with public workers and I can understand how entitled people can be, BUT THIS ISNT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT EVERYONE IVE TALKED TO SAYS THE SAME. Not to mention the reviews on here that date back years! So yeah just get a PO box.

First I want to say how awesome the younger guy at the left/west window is. He will go out of his way to help and is very responsible and knowledgeable.But much of the rest of the location can use help. My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday and showed online as "out for delivery" but never showed up, even though I got the rest of my mail. It was a 1" x 10"x 6" package, approximately.I called them the next day and they answered fast then put me on hold for 20 minutes then when I said I would pick up my package they went to look for it, and after an hour, I hung up and went to the post office. They quickly told me that the package was out for delivery. The online app said "awaiting delivery" with no time estimate. WASTE OF 2 DAYS. It finally arrived after 5 pm.This is the third time packages do not arrive when the online app said "out for delivery".Love the sign in their lobby! See picture.

09/28/23 ...I live in one of the apartments on Lakeshore Blvd. I've been unable to leave my apartment since 09/15 due to mobility issues. Today our mail carrier blessed me by bringing my mail to my apartment and leaving it outside my door ....I live on the fourth floor. Just wanted to say thank you and you are truly appreciated. YOU REALLY MADE MY DAY. Blessed be.
