$48 for top membership. Car still dirty (especially in the back) most times. No vacuum to clean the interior of your car at this location. They used to give disposable towels for drying your car and car freshener but the last 2 weeks I've come here, they say that they don't have them. Pitiful service and an outright inconvenience for the monthly membership price paid. I will not be renewing or returning to any of the zoom express locations.

I went here and thought I signed up for 1 month of unlimited car washes for a certain price 4 months ago. To my surprise, I was being charged every month for it instead of just 1 month. When I signed up, no one told me it was a forever thing. Be careful if you go for the 1 month unlimited washes as it seems to be a scam to get you signed up so they can charge you EVERY MONTH. Also, the last few times I went there, the brushes barely touched my car!! Looks like it is time to find a new car wash spot!!!

Do you know it's winter time and getting out of your car to try and find a car wash that's not all froze up it's difficult. What I say is for five additional dollars I don't have to get out of my car and I don't take any chances and it's a good job highly recommend this for people who want to get the salt off their cars.
