Christina and Keona gave me excellent customer service. I look everywhere else for the part and Christina was able to find it and get it ordered for me in a timely fashion.

We had ordered a new battery from O’Reilly after looking up and seeing they could replace the battery. After waiting an hour for a tow truck and finally getting to this location we were told the person behind the counter could not replace the battery. I ended having to call someone else and they drove over an hour to replace the battery in O’Reilly’s parking lot. Not only did we spend our entire night trying to figure it out (in cold temps) but now i am out $163 for a tow that was no longer needed since they wouldn’t replace the battery. (Took the person that came out 5 minutes max).

2 hours of sitting in there parking lot we needed a charge they handed us a jumper box to use. We tried to use it and of course it's drained! Now we had to wait 52 minutes for it fully charge. Years before people loved doing there job now nobody cares.

Check engine light comes on. Stop by to see what it is. Person behind the counter was very helpful and nice, even though they were running the store by themselves. Told me the issue and I was on my way.

The Mason store is great the service is extremely outstanding and the manager Donnie is the best they really do believe in the customer service the only auto store for me thanks everyone for the wonderful help

Came in today with a bad battery. Had to install myself as I was told by the Assistant Manager that he was the only one here and couldn't do the install. ?Should've gone across the street to Auto Zone.
