If your family is pestering you to get a upgrade phone RUN AWAY FROM THEM I have been trying for 2 days to figure this thing out I almost lost my job android and the iPhone crap are compatible on very few things if I could got back 24 hours I definitely would never have traded my piece of mind for this “upgraded” garbage it’s now a month and as soon as I can I will return to android the iPhone is a walking pop up ad it doesn’t stop in the middle of anything you doing the screen fills up with HOW ARE WE DOING? it’s really fun on the interstate at 70mph looking at the GPS ATT you are a failure

I can not tell you how much this store has completely screwed me due to their in store errors. I have had to come to the store several times as well as wait on hold for hours with customer service to get one issue resolved. I am actually on the phone once again trying to resolve this issue. Everyone at the store was nice, but this is ridiculous.

This AT&T store was fantastic. The young gentleman was able to take care of me right away. As soon as I walked in the store, he multitask took care of my situation, along with other customers at the same time couldn’t ask for a better service rep.

This store has a bad service attitude?I changed my phone and asked them to help transfer the number to a newbie, but they didn't help. You are an atat store, don't you have to help stay customer service? Not good?

I was at the store this morning about my phone- which I've had trouble with since I bought it several months ago. I have never interacted with anyone as knowledgeable and helpful as the lady I worked with this morning! I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was the only one working so it should be easy to figure out who she was.She took a lot of time with me, looking at my phone settings and updating what we could in the time we had. And then she sent me home with detailed instructions as to what to do.Again, I have never received such excellent help at a phone store. She was pleasant and helpful. Thank you for employing her!
