Terrible customer service by Shaun. I have no idea how she has a job anywhere. Bad attitude. Charged a gas fee when returned the car with gas. Customer service removed the charges, but she never should have applied them. Do not rent from this location on Dixie Highway, Fairfield.

I had a great experience with Avis. I did a reservation online pick it up in the next two hours. Car was ready and cleaned! The lady up front was very nice great customer service . Thank you . Oh I rented for a week with no problems.

Customer service is disgusting. Some lady just answered the phone with big attitude and unprofessional. When I let her know her attitude was uncalled for she called my phone and left me a really nasty message. Trying to call back but she keeps answering and hanging up on me. I'd love to report her. But maybe I'll hop in my car and just go see her personally. See if she still got that big girl energy

Ordered a luxury car 2weeks in advance for a short vacation and was told it had not been delivered yet.We wound up with a Chevy Malibu that smelled and seats were dirty.

Staff was rude car was dirty inside and out, oil change warning was on, car had a noise sounded like a wheel bearing starting to go out “thumping as you drive was loud on highway” told them they could careless, empty window washer fluid. All around very poor experience I will not go back here again.

The big black lady that works the counter is rude and clearly doesn’t like her job so she has to make the rental process harder for her potential customers. Booooo, tomatoes tomatoes. You suck at your job. Find a new one if you so damn miserable.

Dont even try to rent here first time the charge me over for tolls seconds i did reservations at 8 am iwent to pickup car office close iwas waiting until 10 no one show up i try to call and the said the said there nothing we can do for you . That was worst experience i had with rental company i end up no car and my family waiting for me at airport ?

WARNING!!!!! Do not rent from this establishment. We rented a car yesterday for Friday, so we called today, and the lady said, " We won't have a car for you tomorrow"....what? Why rent it out to the customer, and not have one available. Very poor customer service. I would seriously avoid this car rental location. Take your business elswhere.

Thank you, thank you to Shaun at the Avis in Fairfield, OH!! She literally saved our vacation. We had originally went through another rental company, but they did not have an operable minivan or suv. They didn’t tell us until we were there to pick it up a day before we left.
In a panic, we started calling other rental companies. We struck gold when Shaun at Avis answered our call. She had a 3rd row suv and 15 passenger minivan she put on hold for us (not the minivan we wanted, but at this point we needed a vehicle with 6+ seats and weren’t being picky). We drove straight over and we rented the 3rd row suv. Saving our vacation a day before we left.
Not only was she a life saver, but she is such a hard worker. She was multi-tasking with a smile on her face. She has such a positive attitude. It was such a relief after the stress the other company caused.
We will definitely use Avis again. A huge thank you to Shaun!!! She is an asset to your company!!

Worst company to ever rent a vehicle from. Our rental caught fire due to negligence of them not inspecting the car. They wouldn't bring me a rental to the location we a family of 5 was stranded at and wanted us to pay an Uber for 163 miles to get another rental car. They refuse to give us any money back and hang up when calling customer service

I rented a car from them this week - but the car was unsafe to drive. The rear suspension was seriously damaged when they gave me the car. I couldn't drive it back to Avis - I had to get it towed back.And to top it off, they said they had to charge me $10 per gallon for the gas I "used" - but I didn't even drive that car for 10 miles. And they were unbelievably nasty when I called them to return it early.Never, ever go here for anything. Save yourself that hassle.

I did a online reservation on Tuesday 11-21-23. I prepaid and was charged and received a confirmation. I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up at 8:30 on Friday 11-24-23. I get there and the person there said we have been trying to call you about not having a car. She said that my phone was not in service which was not true. I had her call my phone while standing there and it rang.I was very unhappy that there was no car avaliable. Thankfully i was able to go to a competitor to rent a vehicle. I won'tbe back to this location . I was ptdisappointed that the rental was not there
