I have only been there once and will never give them my business. The older gentlemen behind the counter was extremely rude when I was attempting to return a gift. I didn't know that Hallmarks are owned by different people and he was nasty about pointing this out to me. he did not greet me and couldn't take his eyes off his computer or kindly explain why he wouldn't accept my return.

I love shopping at Beth Ann’s Hallmark! Visited there today and left with pretty Thanksgiving/Christmas decorations & gifts for family. Third picture me resting with new Christmas socks on and a cozy Santa blanket watching a Hallmark Christmas movie. I love the snowflake mug! ❄️ Beth and Doug (owners) are just the sweetest and are so helpful!!!

Not the best experience at a Hallmark store due to the older gentleman working due to the vibes he was putting off. There were parts of the store that were blocked with boxes. Got two discounted ornaments and one other item and got out of there. Will be sticking to my normal Hallmark.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received ! I called to check the status of my package and there was a really rude older man who answered the phone . He did not greet me when he answered the phone he said "what " I was startled and said hi just trying to check the status of my package he did not reply . I said hello several times and he yelled I told you to wait ! Extremely horrified regarding the service I received

All I needed was to pick up a missed UPS package and the shop owner was extremely rude. I showed him my missed delivery ticket (logically, you usually have to show similar notices with an ID to verify your identity + the correct package) and he looked at me like I was stupid and said "that doesn't tell me anything". Okay? Then explain exactly what you need because clearly I am here doing everything I thought I was supposed to. Sorry I wasted your time when you had NO customers in the store.

This Hallmark location is my absolute favorite!! There are other Hallmark stores that are close to my home but this is the one I choose because of the lovely couple that works there! I can't say enough about how kind they are. They know every product in that store, but what I love most about them is they treat everyone that comes in there like a friend. They even remember my name and always ask about my 92 yr old mom. All the people they see and they can re-call my name and things about conversations we have had. Wow that is special!! And of course the store always has exactly what I need when looking for a special card or gift. The public has a tendency to complain when things don't go their way but never give accolades when things go right. When I go in the store my day always feels a little better.

I must say this by far the worst hallmark's I have visited. The workers did not greet me when I walked in even though it was only two customers in the store. The white older male worker was seated on the counter as pretended he did not see me when I walked in or made eye contact with him. My assumption is he does not like people of color shopping in the store. Please avoid at all cost. I'm so use to hallmark staff being friendly and displaying great customer service. This location scored a 0. Is this the same type of experience others have seen at this location?

Wow. One of the least positive interactions I’ve ever had in a retail store. I never. NEVER. leave reviews…but the older man that works there (owns, potentially, based on other reviews) is the crankiest man I’ve ever dealt with in a retail environment. Refused to check for my UPS package, lied about it not being delivered (I had photo proof of delivery) and told me to come back “around 5”. He then brought me to the back because “he’s carried enough boxes today”. Honestly shocked. Its pretty ironic hallmark is known for its sugary sweet, cutesy brand but has this man representing it.

Worst customer service in the world website is not up-to-date they are supposed to be closing at 7 o’clock. Two different hours posted on the door. One permanent stating the hours online and the other is a makeshift note on the door says we’re close at 6 o’clock it is 605 all I want it was my package from France he looked me in my face and shook his head.

Went in said hello to the older gentleman at the counter who said hello back went to the card section noticed they were light on girls cards, my daughter turns 18 tomorrow so I'm looking for a happy 18th birthday card so I didn't find one. As I start to leave the older gentleman is next to me and I said looking a little light on cards but thanks he walked by me like I didn't exist. That's fine plenty of stores I can get a reasonably priced birthday card. Don't waste your time here their inventory is light.

The old guy that works at this location is absolutely rude! To be a decent human being don’t take much. I work for one of the biggest phone companies and I treat ALL my customers with respect. This guy is ALWAYS rude anytime I’ve been to this location to pick up a package. He doesn’t say hello? Welcome? Nothing! Completely rude. If UPS didn’t drop off my packages here when I’m not home because I live in an apartment, I would NEVER step foot in this place. Management needs to fix this. I will also be reaching out to corporate and whoever else I need to. If it takes going to the BBB I will because this place is unprofessional and needs to fire that miserable old man!

Very rude cashier/owner. Upset that Hallmark sent me a coupon for a free card. Stated how “stupid” this was and he’s not making any money because of it. Made it seem I was not welcome with any coupons. Hallmark Corporate needs to look into their stores. Please don’t offer freebies if your stores give me a hard time and not feel welcome.Edited this review 3/2022 to state they now have signs stating that you can not use Hallmark Coupons for anything free unless you make a purchase! This is totally against company policy and Hallmark has been contacted. Will update again with any new developments.
