I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from Busam Subaru. Beginning with being able to approve my troubled credit to picking out my brand new vehicle was a seamless process. I felt like I was in and out with out a hitch. They were able to help my pick out the best buckle to fit all of my wants and needs within my budget , I even ended up with more options then I expected (yay sunroof)! The sale went past normal operating hours due to my not getting there until after 5 but it did not seem to be a problem for the employees, I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely recommend and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you again to all of the employees involved in my purchase and delivery, every one of you rock!

My used car salesman, Jerry was the greatest! He was personable and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the history, & mechanics of how all of the buttons work. Mind you I was coming out of a 22 yr old vehicle that had no bells and whistles. The final paper signing procedure was thoroughly explained and we had an all around good experience at Busam. Thank you Jerry and Busam!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The salesmen was friendly without being pushy. They let us take our time and answered all our questions. The finance guy was helpful and moved the process quickly. I would definitely buy from there again when the time comes.

We have purchased two Subaru vehicles from Busam and both from our salesperson Rico. Our 2022 Forester and our 2024 Outback. We drive from Dayton to Fairfield for service. The service at Busam is outstanding. I highly recommend Busam Subaru.

Rico was very helpful in helping me determine if Subaru was the car for me. He volunteered information about the Crosstrek and other models. We talked about how use my transportation and what I wanted in an automobile. Upon deciding to purchase the Crosstrek, Rico explained the features and technologies available to me.
It was a pleasure to deal with Busam, having discussions without the high pressure I have experienced in the past.

The staff at Busam Subaru is outstanding. We walked in to the showroom and walked out a new car owner. Everything from test drive, financing and training on the new vehicle was handled effortlessly. They make buying a new car seamless from start to finish. And oh by the way, they have followed up to see if they can be of any assistance since we left the showroom.

Busam Subaru’s service department has been great to me since I moved here a few years ago. They are quick to get my car done, and always know exactly what I need. They are friendly, courteous and love my dog which is always a plus in my mind.
