If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. A word of caution, if you need paperwork for a mortgage and you need truncated account numbers, you will find yourself not only telling them what “truncated” means but also receive the response “yeah we don’t do that here”. And if you ask to speak to a mortgage lender it seems that NO branch has one on sight. I had to make about 25 phone calls “up the ladder” to speak to employee after employee all stuck on the same rung. Three weeks I’ve been at trying to get them to give me proper documentation. To walk into a facility where people are supposed to be educated and versed in their field (these people handle our money) and be met with condescension because they don’t know simple terms they SHOULD know and try to make you feel like an idiot is absolutely absurd. Under no circumstances should you be in a position to provide a service that you don’t equip yourself with the knowledge to provide said service. And if you CAN’T provide said service, then at least humble yourself to say you aren’t equipped to help with the issue instead of side eyeing your co-worker (who is also no help). I don’t recommend anyone bank with Chase. I will be ending my relationship with them as soon as I possibly can and making it a point to deter anyone I can ESPECIALLY anyone looking to buy a home from banking with them as well. I know I sound bitter and to be perfectly truthful, I am. I trusted my resources, my hard work and my hard earned money to a bank and when it came time for them to assist me in taking a huge step in my life they treated me like trash. I know some people have good experiences with them and that’s great and I hope you continue to have those good experiences. I know this one review won’t make or break a whole banking chain but maybe someone will read this and choose another bank so they don’t go through the same frustrations I did, deal with the same disrespect I did, and invest hours of time in person and on the phone like I did just trying to get a result I should have been able to have on day one within 20 minutes or less.

Never in my life have I experienced such incompetent and unhelpful banking staff. Mishandled my entire transaction. They could not even explain to me the issue, they just refused me. Made me miss a deadline. I am almost positive it was because I am a dirty construction worker. This branch is a joke, I will never trust them with my finances again. You have been warned.

Went in to open a business account and was ignored and skipped over. Never even acknowledged, so I left after spending over 30 minutes in there. I know who not to do business with now.

The tellers are always rude and useless. Today chase ATM broken again. I literally just called the 1800 number on the machine like a month ago to tell them its broke. It got fixed and now its broken again. Its always broken it needs replaced and updated. It clearly is outdated and worthless

Why is the drive-up ATM always down?? Total nonsense whenever you need to use a convenient ATM. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can use the walk-up ATM, after you leave the parking lot and circle the bank to re-enter, But Not Today☹??!!Fix the ATMs and maintain them, or close this location.

I have had my account with chase for over 10+ years I've never done any fraudulent anything my check goes in it from work and I pay my bills. Now they stole my $2300 I had in my account saying I was reported for fraud and closed my account for unknown reasons. Now I am currently homeless because they took all my rent and bill money if anyone knows a lawyer that can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated I hope chase burns for this

Poor customer service. I rushed to get to the bank by 1pm. Waited for 15 to 20 minutes there while having the employees look at me back and forth. All to tell me that they couldn't serve me because they didn't have enough staff and that I should make an appointment. In addition, I had called them earlier in the morning to enquiring about what process I needed to come by and not once did they mentioned that they were understaff, or that they didn't take walk-in's and that I needed an appointment.

I have stopped there a few times and there is always a problem whit my deposits a the service is awful. They just say: I can’t help you! A there is no more branches close so it is so frustrating. I really hope they get better but the laziness of the employees is so much!! And this young lady took forever to count the bills bc she have big nails and can’t not grab them! Any way I would never come back

Impossible to simply get somebody to answer a local phone call, ridiculous to have to spend 20-30 minutes with your stupid call service routing my call here and there. Why can’t I call the local number right here at the branch and get anyone to answer the phone???????
