The tellers are always rude and useless. Today chase ATM broken again. I literally just called the 1800 number on the machine like a month ago to tell them its broke. It got fixed and now its broken again. Its always broken it needs replaced and updated. It clearly is outdated and worthless

Why is the drive-up ATM always down?? Total nonsense whenever you need to use a convenient ATM. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can use the walk-up ATM, after you leave the parking lot and circle the bank to re-enter, But Not Today☹??!!Fix the ATMs and maintain them, or close this location.

I have had my account with chase for over 10+ years I've never done any fraudulent anything my check goes in it from work and I pay my bills. Now they stole my $2300 I had in my account saying I was reported for fraud and closed my account for unknown reasons. Now I am currently homeless because they took all my rent and bill money if anyone knows a lawyer that can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated I hope chase burns for this

Went in to open a business account and was ignored and skipped over. Never even acknowledged, so I left after spending over 30 minutes in there. I know who not to do business with now.

Poor customer service. I rushed to get to the bank by 1pm. Waited for 15 to 20 minutes there while having the employees look at me back and forth. All to tell me that they couldn't serve me because they didn't have enough staff and that I should make an appointment. In addition, I had called them earlier in the morning to enquiring about what process I needed to come by and not once did they mentioned that they were understaff, or that they didn't take walk-in's and that I needed an appointment.

I have stopped there a few times and there is always a problem whit my deposits a the service is awful. They just say: I can’t help you! A there is no more branches close so it is so frustrating. I really hope they get better but the laziness of the employees is so much!! And this young lady took forever to count the bills bc she have big nails and can’t not grab them! Any way I would never come back

Impossible to simply get somebody to answer a local phone call, ridiculous to have to spend 20-30 minutes with your stupid call service routing my call here and there. Why can’t I call the local number right here at the branch and get anyone to answer the phone???????

Actually went through the trouble of scheduling a meeting to open my daughter's first checking account. As I'm writing this we are 25 min and holding waiting after the scheduled appointment time. Nobody has even come by to update us. I'm stuck with the question "Why? Why Chase Bank do you not want business?" If we hadn't come so far to get this done I'd be outta here.

I went to this location to get money from the ATM and it was broken and couldn't distribute cash so I called them several times to see if it would be fixed during the day and it went to voicemail and hung up. Didn't even give me a chance to leave a voicemail. Really, at 11:00 AM they couldn't answer the phone. The parking lot isn't even big enough to turn around in so I could go inside so I just left. Ugh!

Very rude and so unprofessional: they don't know how to treat a customer at all.Because of covid19 I didn't know they're opened for inside services so I took by the drive through before they told me to come inside. I was inside when someone came to the drive through and they accused me of stealing of the tube. They really insisted as I was the last person taking by the drive through. I was really surprised and upset at the same time.

Horrible service just like everyone else claims.Horrible and lazy.You all should quit and go work for Job and Family Services.
