This location is a joke. Open sign on, they don't close until 7pm. We arrived at 5:40 to a "be right back" sloppy sign taped to the door. We waited and waited. Knocked several times. 40 minutes and nobody ever came back. Extremely unprofessional. We saw a purse on the chair so we knew someone was there but they clearly didn't want to work. We had to leave and go to the Hamilton location before they closed. They probably never came back to unlock.

This location is the best. Nicole was awesome as was the lady working with her!I finally walked away from a cell phone company feeling like I was taken care of and not taken advantage of. The lady working with Nicole literally gave me the case off her phone as none of the in stock cases would allow my RAZR to close. Best experience I've ever had!! Will recommend this location to any one. Big thank you to the staff and Brenda at the main St location for sending us that way!
