0/10. Worked a deal on a truck, pulled credit and AGREED on final numbers. Called to let them know that we were headed in to sign paperwork and take the truck home as we’re located 1.5 hours from the dealership. During this call, they told us not to bother as they had someone else driving the truck and likely to purchase. Needless to say, regardless of any deal, these are the slimiest of the slimy of used cars dealers. Oh, and the best part, when the the deal fell through on the “gonna buy buyer”, they wanted us to come back. Tina, you’re outta your mind acting like that!

I ordered a F450 from Tim Werking and this was the second vehicle I purchased from him and Castrucci. Tim is a true professional and always willing to help with questions or concerns. Gary Edmondson also deserves a shout out for his part. Jeff Brown in the finance department was very knowledgable, professional and willing to take the extra effort. When it's time for the next one Castrucci will be the first stop.

Thank you to the Mike Castrucci Ford dealership in Alexandria, KY. I took my Escape in for an oil change and I had a nail in my tire. After checking the tire it needed to be replaced. As soon as they realized the tire needed to be ordered they put me in a loaner car so I could continue my day. The next morning they finished the needed maintenance and delivered my car to my home. All of the employees there were professional, polite and very helpful!

The worst place to buy from or go for service. If there is a recall or warranty on your vehicle, they always find a way around it so you end up paying thousands of dollars. If you want an honest place to buy or service your vehicle you need to go somewhere else. The service technicians are incompetent and the shadiest people that I have ever met. I will never buy a Ford again. Btw the response from the owner was a joke. There was no attempt to make things right. This is a very dishonest place to go. A great place to go if you want to be scammed.
