Probably my last time using Enterprise. I went online to make the reservation. A gentleman called me Monday to confirm the reservation and it would be a 2 day rental. I explained to him I only needed the rental on Wednesday but due to timing it would be after hours when I returned it, but it would be on their lot when they opened on Thursday. He told me he would see about "rolling back the date" to only pay for one day. I picked it up from Hillary at 5:00 on Tuesday and she wanted to charge me for 2 days. I repeated the conversation I had the day before and the gentleman I spoke with was at the counter and confirmed what he told me. She told me they opened at 7:30 and I assured her it would be on their lot when they opened. Thursday morning I was parked on their lot at 6:50am and I waited until they opened. The gentleman who opened, I had not seen before. He took the key, went out to get the mileage and inspect the rental, came back in and told me all was good. He told me the $300 deposit would come off my card and I would be charged for a 2 day rental. I told him I only had it for one day, repeated the conversation I had with the two associates on Tuesday and he told me he would have to check when Hillary came in that morning. 39 hours after I returned the vehicle I have yet to receive any emails with my receipt and completed contract and I am still being charged for a two day rental. Bottom line, I am being charged for a rental I no longer have, a rental they were able to turn around and rent to someone else putting them in a position to receive rental fees from two different renters for the same vehicle for the same day. If there is a next time needing a rental, there is always Hertz down the road.
Update.......I got a reply from Enterprise to contact them about my review. I called them and after finding my way through their automated menu BS I talked to a human. He told me he would file my call and have someone call me back. A week later and have not heard from them. Their customer service just keeps getting better....NOT!!!

My experience with enterprise was going great, as I was dealing with multiple locations during my trip. However, this location completely ruined my entire experience and still refuses to resolve the issue. I purchased a vehicle at a dealership in Fairfield, OH that has a contract with this enterprise, so I called this location to have them pick up my rental from the dealership. The Enterprise agent I spoke with at Fairfield on June 21 at 1:45 said they would pick up the rental and take care of it. I drive on home thinking everything was great. Two weeks later I receive an email from the Enterprise I picked the car up from asking if I ever turned the car in. I emailed them back saying Fairfield was supposed to pick it up on June 21, turns out they never picked it up!! I ended up with over a $1500 charge for a car I only had 5 days because they didn't bother to pick it up like they said they would. I have called every Enterprise number I can find and have been told by Fairfield managers Ethan and Seth that they would look into this, and I still haven't gotten a single call from anyone. Noone will give me a number for corporate and everyone I speak to just says they'll forward the message on and someone will call me back. Over 5 months later and I'm still fighting this THEFT BY DECEPTION charge on my credit card and nobody will even call me back. I will never do business with Enterprise again and don't recommend anyone else does either. They steal your money and you can't talk to anybody that will even look into fixing it.

Hopeless place to conduct a rental business . They made a joke of my reservation . Hopeless people and extremely unreliable place . Warned me getting officers called on me when I insisted that I needed a car I reserved . The funny part was he took his phone to his ear even without dialing the number . What a horrible place and place even to be at that location . Stay away from enterprise .

This place is worse for returning they didn’t help you . I don’t come here in future better I drive longer place but it’s a worse and not helpful people work here they didn’t follow an enterprise policy.

I book car for 15 passenger month ago and they call me they day before to tell me that they don’t have the car and they did not help at all they only told me to call another place to se if they have that kind of car i rented I was so disappointed with them.

Another enterprise location directed me here when they had no cars for my reservation i had made there. It is not this location's fault they had no cars as well-however as i was trying to talk with the person at the front desk (was not yelling or cussing or being disrespectful, I'm sure i seemed frustrated) the person in the back hooked to a large bluetooth speaker at the front desk and was playing music which made it hard to hear. Song was along the lines of "don't disrespect me" so i guess they were trying to tell me something but it just made it hard to hear the person's advice to me and added frustration to the situation. Maybe just turn off the speaker while you're coworker is talking with a customer please so i can be out of your hair faster.

I went in for a car, and it was slightly stressful. Preferebly call or reserve online before you go, might make it easier. They require a paystub, proof of residence (bill) if you're paying with a debit card. They will hold $300 until you return the car, so add that to the total price of the car you want to rent. The cars are good, although I saw a few dead bugs inside my car, so they need to pay attention to detailing. Customer service was pretty nice, he was patient with me until I could get all my documentation ready and gave me as much information, and brought in the manager when necessary. Return was so easy, and they came down and did all the final checks, got my money back in a few days. It was good overall.

Worst Customer Service I had ever experienced at Enterprise and very Rude Staffed!!
I had Booked a Jeep 15 Days ahead and was looking forward to my trip just find out they didn’t have my Jeep and the lack of empathy from the staff threw me off. I will not be coming back to this location and do not recommend others as well!!

Worst Customer Service Ever, the staffs were very rude. They messed up with our reservation and didn’t help us at all. The guy working there was racist enough, i don’t know how he is still working there. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there book a rental car.

If I could give a zero review I would. We made a reservation for 7 seater car. Got there they claimed they called twice to confirm reservation but there is no record of such a phone call. Then they tried to make it seem like it was my fault because I didn't specify 7 seater instead I selected Premium. They don't seem to know what they are doing there. Very chaotic and it didn't used to be like that.

I never have a bad experience with enterprise regardless which location I go to they are always super friendly and they always get me in and out. I should probably stop renting from them cause everytime I rent from them I always end up getting the exact car the following year lol my last rental was a Hyundai Sante Fe and I actually enjoyed that car so we will see.
