Chris, Seth and all at The Fairfield location are great to deal with. Always go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. Using this location for about 4 years and it's always a hassle free and comfortable experience.

I actually rented from the Milford location, but was in the Fairfield area to purchase a new vehicle from Toyota, so Toyota kindly told me that they would assist me in returning the rental. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was friendly. She checked over the car thoroughly, which was good because the last time I returned one to Milford, they only checked to make sure the gas was full and then kind of shrugged off everything else, but, hey, that's the chance they took. She then explained my refund deposit to me. I was glad that I could return at Fairfield, even though I picked up at Milford. We have used Fairfield Enterprise many times. They used to not make customers return with the gas at the same level that they left with or have the option to lock in the gas price and purchase it, but I guess they got tired of customers who would return the cars almost empty, which isn't ethical.

This place has gone under. I'm not sure if they have new management but I use to receive grand service here. I go in Saturday to try and rent a vehicle the guy gave me a hard time after he asked me to show him a duke bill that matched my driver's license address. Pulled it up in my phone he saw the match and all of a sudden his tune changed to something else. He basically wasted my time. He gave me a vibe of basically he's in charge and he could do whatever the heck he wanted to do. After leaving. He goes outside and plays football with a coworker. Basically my impression was correct he was there doing whatever he wanted to do.

We rented a LG suv. From this location and spent $800 for 5 days. We traveled to chg home for holidays with our 5yo twins. We had huge problems with the steering when on the rode. Thought it needed new tires but they informed us of just getting new ones. Handling this vehicle was unsafe. My husband had a stroke while there so our son in law dropped it off and said also the drive was horrible. We reported it along with corporate calling us. You think they would have credit some of the cost back to us! No they didn't! Hopefully they fix it b4 someone else drives it!

I was in need of a car and went to this location on Route 4 with NO reservation. They were kind and offered me at least two options at a reasonable price. They explained the terms well and worked with me. I had NO problems when I returned the car and had a positive experience here!

We had a confirmed same day reservation at 12n for a mini van. Pick up was scheduled for 5:30, being closing time, we arrived at 5:10. The manager informed us that he had called an hour earlier to let us know he didn't have a van and that it would be an extra $200+ and the gas mileage would be 23mi/gal vs 28-30 in the van. for us to rent the Expedition he did have. Our response was that the only way that worked was for him to honor the confirmation price we had and we would make due with the larger vehicle we didn't want to afford in gas or driving inconveniences. The conversation was: Mgr-"No, it doesn't work that way, I can't change prices in the system." Me- "That it wasn't our problem, we had a confirmed rental." Mgr- "It is your problem, and I tried to contact you before you arrived." Me- "I have a missed call from a Hamilton number , but no message" He then decided to ignore us while typing at the computer. Until my husband asked what about other locations near us, we will go to Dayton if necessary we have to have a vehicle. Mgr- "I tried ALL the locations in our area, no one has a mini-van." Husband - "West Chester?" I can't be positive what his mumbled response here was, but my husband then asked him to call and he immediately says, Mgr-"yeah, your welcome to call them." This is where I left the building. It is not the responsibility of the customer to fill inventory for a confirmed reservation. If I show up for a tool, home, dinner table or any other confirmed reservation I am not responsible for getting those objects to be available for use. A vehicle does not have any such unique set circumstances to a different rental situation. Request, Confirmation, Agreement, Execution. After another 10-15 min, we had a manager at the West Chester location (Dishon) who was able to honor our confirmation and transfer the reservation to the following morning. THANK YOU DISHON and CEDRIC! When we arrived 8:30a the van was ready, Cedric Woods was the most pleasant and professional person to work with. We didn't tell our story and he didn't apologize or mention and I appreciate that we could just get in with our journey. Mr. Woods is the reason we will return to that West Chester location. Had that locations experience been less, we would not be doing business with Enterprise at all. We have rented in the past, my husband rents for work a couple of times a year and we will need rentals in the future as our family is moving and growing. Cedric Woods I am extremely grateful for, when we returned he was exactly the same. I have every confidence that young man works at that level always, we were treated with respect and kindness not because of the negativity of others at the beginning but because he is that person. We will only suggest business to Enterprise at that West Chester location. We will deter, anyone who asks for rental suggestions, from the Hamilton location. I will be leaving the same review through Enterprise as well.

I will definitely recommend this team and store, the guys were very kind and patient with me to explain everything about the car, they offered me their card to call them anytime if I had any doubts or problems with the car. The audi was in perfect conditions, very clean and perfect performance. I will use their services again if i need it.

I got a rental through the dealership where my car was, and the car had barely any rubber left on the driver's side wiper blade. Of course it was suppose to rain the next day, so I get a new blade so I could safely get to work the next morning. I let them know, left the receipt and old blade in the new one's container, and left it in the car. It's now been since the beginning of June that I've been trying to get my refund for that wiper blade. Almost 4 months for a simple check for $30! I've called so many times it gives me anxiety to think I still haven't received a check. Changed my whole thinking about this company.

Amazing service, selection, and customer service. They picked me up at the body shop where I left my car to be serviced and they got me the BEST rental. I almost don't want my own car back. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend renting a vehicle from this location. I have used Enterprise for years and never had any problems, but this last time was the last straw. Back in January of this year, I rented a vehicle to drive to Atlanta GA. The vehicle had a dent down the passenger side which was no big deal however when I got down to Atlanta I found out the vehicle registration had EXPIRED 2 years ago. This is Enterprises responsibility to make sure this is taken care of since I am paying them for a service. In May, my husband had to travel to Tennessee for work. His corporate office reserved a vehicle from him however 2 days before they stated, "they were not able to provide a large SUV". My final encounter was a few weeks ago. I rented a vehicle to drive to Canada. The vehicle had a few dings and dents which is normal for a rental. I noticed a film on the front windshield. We were in a hurry so I decided we would put rain-x on the windshield anyways because it would be storming. When we got to the house my husband attempted to clean the windshield however it would not come off. We had to take alcohol to scrub the windshield to remove the film which later we found out was glue from where someone tried to tent the windshield. We also had to clean the inside of the vehicle because there was puke in the cup holder, down the side of the passenger door and in the creases of the seats. I asked for a manager to call me since they were busy, and I have yet to hear from anyone from Enterprise. This is unacceptable.
