This pharmacy “benefit manager” is a set of crooks. They require prior authorization for my daughter’s asthma so I’m required to buy it out of pocket or pay an outrageous fee through my doctor. Medicine should be between the doctor and patient. Express Scripts is the worst company around!

Express Scripts' automated phone system and multiple transfers create a frustrating and inefficient customer experience.
It's concerning that initial representatives can't directly address customer needs or cancel an order that will not arrive in time, leading to redundant questioning and wasted time.
While the company claims to save patients money on prescriptions, the need for so many employees to handle a single inquiry raises questions about their operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Do not recommend. Find a local pharmacy to do business with, especially for critical prescriptions.

Worst company ever! The phone system is ridiculous! You have to talk to the automated system first and then you get transferred to a person and then that person can't even help you because they have to transfer you to the "dedicated team" and then that person has to ask all the questions on why you're calling again. I don't know how this company saves patients on their Rxs when they have so many employees that really don't do anything.

Decided to change my review. After calling 4 times and then having to get my insurance to call them and get a manager on the phone we figured out why. This company seriously needs to train their customers better. They don’t understand how any of it works and people will give you all the wrong answers.

This company is expensive and provides the worst service of any insurance company. They do not deliver drugs in a timely manner. They fail to provide requeated auto-delivery. The cost with their coverage is much higher than using Amazon Prime RX coupon or other free coupon company. They will not reimburse or count the amount of uncovered medications towards the high deductibles. They have very few drugs approved, including rules about only allowing certain generic drugs. 10/10 should avoid this company would give zero stars if possible

Currently on day 13 waiting for a refill on my heart meds, the order has been "processing" this whole time. I called to say I would be running out and they didn't really seem to care. Save yourself a headache and go to a local pharmacy!

I'm unable to start a prescription therapy because of the prior authorization process obstructing and delaying my access to care. My Dr. ordered this product since I meet the clinical indicator requirements. I am a PharmD and I agree that I meet the clinical criteria to begin medically managing my health. I have been waiting on hold calling my insurance for 30 minutes without actually talking to a single person yet.

This prescription company is a joke for getting medication and helping with the cost. I have never been so discussed in my life with not being able to get my prescriptions. Guess it shows that insurance companies are out for the money and not to help keep people alive.

Express script has been very helpful The pharmacist that your list Will not take Express script George's cvs and Walgreens are alot of! He pharmacy are closed So! this is a worry for me when I need a medication for a emergency

Have had an issue with every single prescription order and refill. They have never able to get all three of my prescriptions filled or mailed on time :(
