Refused to program the OEM key fob for my vehicle I bought from a certified retailer. Told me they would only program "one of their keys". Told me that my key could potentially not have anything inside of it, even after I told them it was a certified OEM key. Went to a locksmith near by and was able to get it programmed in 5 minutes. If you need a key fob, or one programmed do yourself a favor and go to a locksmith.

The staff here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have quite the variety for such a small shop. If I need something for my plumbing business and I’m within 5 miles of them, this is where I go!

I could not have found a better place to shop a litte higher then the big box stores but their knowledgeable staff is well worth it for all your hardware needs shop there 2 to 3 times a week and always will. thank you to the entire staff

Took in an aftermarket Honda key (2011 CR-V) in and Ben was able to cut it to match the original with clear expectations on performance of aftermarket fobs. Not many locations cut Honda keys besides the dealerships (and not even all of those do). Service was prompt and friendly.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I am a bit ashamed to admit that I make so many of my purchases on Amazon, but I simply hate to shop. These guys at FF Hardware are always very helpful and very fair. I consider them incredibly customer oriented. I saw one review where someone referenced talking to a 'kid' who worked there..... and it sounds like they might not have gotten the greatest service.. I would recommend seeking out Tom or one of the owners and can guarantee you that you will be well-cared-for at this local small business. Don't give all of your business to the big Box stores..... stop in here and do business with an organization that still believes in service

Store had what I needed. However my key fob shell broke and I needed a new one. You can buy these on amizon However I thought why not give the local business some business. I was informed that they where not for sale and they charge 20 bucks to "install" them. There should be a sign saying they are not for sale. I don't need to spend 20 dollars to snap plastic together. The kid in the store got very defensive and would not even get a supervisor/key holder.
