I just recently bought a used truck from here, and mind you a disabled combat veteran you would think they would work with me a little bit more on the price and everything, it also took almost 2 hours to get the keys finally I know it's a car dealership but, when there are other salesman sitting around doing nothing and one trying to do 2 sales at once it gets frustrating I was getting very frustrated and pist off, and then I came in the next day to go over some things and got there a few mins early and they said we will be with you shortly like your get your stuff together you should have stuff together already before I come in not after I get there

PLEASE READ!!!******I PURCHASED 2015 Lexus from them. I was told they check everything safety....I did test drive, but when I was backing in my parking spot I could hear crunching noise. I called the service department, I was told it would be $170 to look at, warranty did not matter. I went to a local place that only charged $29-$50. They told me the caliper was closed, seized etc. I called about warranty had no idea it was Cornerstone. They said obviously they had not checked car since I had not put many miles on it. A lot of money out of pocket before first payment. I would expect on buy here pay here, not financing. They would not let me talk to Used car manager either! Drive by!!!

Be very careful with this dealership! I did a trade in and decided to lease. The dealership owed me $19,000 on the exchange. It has now been 40 days and no check. No title memo. No license plate. Contacted the salesman numerous times and gave him a new address to ship everything to. Says he took care of it. I am now 5 days away from expired plates and currently out $19,000. General Manager is "checking in" to issue and will get back to me tomorrow afternoon.

I scheduled my 10,000 service here last week and was very impressed. After arriving, I was greeted by Anthony who explained all they would be performing on my vehicle and how long it would take. I brought work with me to do, being a Friday morning. Anthony showed me where I could setup my laptop and connect to wifi. The team completed everything on my vehicle in less time than anticipated and had me on my way. Great visit!

Jill was absolutely amazing with her attention to my problem. Communicated every step she was taking as well as the technician progress with the problem. I really appreciate that. Nothing worse than sitting and wondering what is going on. I always love dealing with Fairfield Volkswagen Service Department. They take the extra steps to ensure quality service.

Overall it was a good experience. Anthony was my contact and he kept me informed. The only negative was that the issue took a long time to diagnose and resolve. I'm understanding though that the issue was complex and that supply chain issues delay parts shipments. I will return and recommend.

I give a very low rating for the overall communication and service at Fairfield VW.My main concern centers around my Tiguan's overuse of oil, and the communication I have received from Fairfield VW's dealership service department. The low oil indicator light has turned on four times over the past 26 months. I understand that new engines do need some time to settle in; give the oil time to distribute to all the seals for proper lubrication (low oil light June 2021). However, even after the PCV valve was replaced in July 2022, I still had a low oil indicator light turn on this past December. When I took my vehicle to Fairfield VW for inspection, I was told that "the new engines tend to burn more oil in order to conserve fuel - this issue is normal." After the service appointment, it was reiterated that the use of oil is typical... low oil lights will turn on, no leaks were found, and my vehicle was perfectly fine. I find this response completely unacceptable. I have never in my experience had a new car use as much oil as this Tiguan has used. And frankly, for the service department to just tell me this is normal - that I should simply drive around with an extra quart of oil in my trunk - is unprofessional and irresponsible. I have owned several makes of cars, VW included, and never have I had a car's low oil indicator light up as much as this Tiguan's has. Between the communication with my overuse oil situation, multiple attempts investigating the oil consumption problem, and a previous EVAP repair that had to be done twice, I have lost confidence in the service department at Fairfield VW. After talking to several people with significant mechanical experience, I was made aware that it might take a new engine to fix this problem - some internet research shows that a class action lawsuit was settled over VW engines consuming too much oil. In addition, I was advised that the response of Fairfield VW was inaccurate, dangerous, and dismissive.

I take my 2014 VW Beetle Turbo to this location in Fairfield for all my oil changes and they perform a multi point inspection as well. I contacted VW service this past Saturday to request a same day appt, to have my brakes checked out, they told me to bring it on in but then I also had my oil change done, a couple months sooner than usual (but considering they are due every 12 months I feel fine having it done a little sooner). I feel the staff is very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things to me about my vehicle and the services. Also always friendly! (Jill is awesome!)

My Mom and I both had appointments and it was completed promptly. But most of all was Jillian the service technician. She was beyond helpful and friendly. Not just to us but to the other customers as well. To many times customer service goes unnoticed but we both agree, she deserves a raise. She truly is an asset to the service department and dealership! Keep up the great work Jillian!
