There is a bank manager here that is super rude and makes the other workers do all the work instead of helping out as a manager should. She expects the workers to handle everything and always has a disgusting attitude. I'm honestly shocked on how she even got that position. Someone like her shouldn't be representing the bank.

I had about $50 in cash and coins, quarters, and $1 in rolls of pennies to deposit. The guy deposited my cash in the quarters but didn't want to count the pennies. The teller said the rolls felt a bit short. While I recounted it home, one of the roles of pennies was $.46. Not $.50, but the fact that this guy wouldn't take the extra minute to count out for me. Teller seemed annoyed to even be bothered to count the quarters. I was at another branch and who helped a lady with a bag of coins and stack of $1 bills. I prefer the other Fairfield location, but it closes at 5pm where as this Location is open to 7:00 p.m. I'll just have to add these pennies to my bag of other random change and Take it to coinstar machine.

Awful experience! The workers don't have any clue what they suppose to do. I left and used other branch, never had a problem. But the branch at Jungle Jim's is absolutely no help,no professional, unless. Highly disappointed!!!

Ridiculous that I can’t get a hold of anyone. The office is worthless and you can’t ever get hold of the contact center. Got my new card in the mail and probably won’t even get to use it since I can’t get a hold of anyone!!

Was nice when the atm was inside jungle Jim's, now it's in their store so hours of availability sux, nice when they open on time too. Like I said just to use ATM ?♂️

If I could give a negative rating I would. I was quoted $5 for a copy of a deposits that were approximately 3 years ago and when I arrived I was told it would be $5 per page. $20 for 4 photocopies of documents I should have full access to anytime. Fifth Third restricts access to YOUR documents after 2 years then charges you for copies of those documents. Way to live up to their nickname "Fee Third". Requested a call back from the branch manager which I never received. Was also declined access to speak with a regional manager in the area. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews for this location, they are 100% accurate! Moving my accounts to Wright Patt Credit Union for better customer service.

I love this new location for Fifth Third at Jungle Jim's it is a little inconvenient some hurts their last location that was located inside from the construction that's going on. It's very nice and very contemporary put lots of animals pictures that represent the jungle at Jungle Jim's it's really nice and nice quiet as can be right now.
