Nice easy cash machine .Pain to get chance from tellers. If you don't have an account they won't give you the time of the day. If you do have an account and give them your debit card they then ask you for your ID. They look up your account and take forever to get the change. That's there job, why do they treat you like this just to get change.

They just are rude or maybe to busy. You sit down to be helped and they just stare at you from there offices but don't help. Maybe they judged me by my outfit. Not my fault they couldn't see my check to start my business account. The guy even looked at me when I stood up to leave and still said nothing. There is two other offices 5 min from this location. I suggest going there instead.

Tried to cash a check here. Teller claimed she was not familiar with the recipient bank and refused to cash it. It seemed to be a team effort as another teller was brought over to agree. With around 44,000 banks and credit unions around the world I'm thinking maybe there were alternative motives. I got that same check cashed at a 5/3 bank down the road with no issues. This bank needs to be investigated.

While making credit card payment for my company account, I was told I could not cash my dividend check drawn on 5/3 for $26 because I did not have a personal checking acct by the manager. What am I missing.

I had a money order that was purchased from Kroger the same day and I realized I didn't need the money order anymore so I wanted to return the money order at Kroger and they told me that I couldn't I have to wait till 72 hours to cash it out but when I went to Fifth Third at this location they were able to charge me a small fee to cash it for me and I was able to get my money back I really appreciate the guys here at Fifth Third in Fairfield

The most rude bank I have ever been in. Been a customer of 5/3 for twenty plus years and this was the first time I have experienced poor customer service. Not a familiar face to this particular branch and was I in for it. Sufficient funds of mine should have been all that was needed to Make a transaction, instead I was told to leave and come back the following day. I arrived at 4:17 p.m. which the bank closed at 5p.m. I planned to refinance my home this Early spring 2019 with Fifth third, now I will go to another bank. Thanks but no thanks.
