It's Friday store said it would be open at 10am it's going on 12pm trying to pickup a game I pre-ordered. Store is still closed very unprofessional smh

They couldn't sell me 1 $50 Steam gift card because the old lady who cut me in line bought 4 of them and they have an hourly limit on sales. It's less than two weeks from the holidays and they have a cap on gift card sales lol.Also, the manager came out of the back, but the guy at the register was helping/monitoring 5 customers in the store. I would have been able to purchase my card had she been available, instead of hiding in the back during holiday season for whatever reason.Reading other reviews, I'm not surprised... but this store used to actually be good.. They must really be dependent on the plushie sales if they can't sell more than 4 gift cards in an hour haha.

I came to this store to sell a Xbox console and I called before arriving asking what to bring in to qualify for selling it to them he told me the items and I brought the console to the store. The worker then said I was missing an hdmi cord which wasn’t said when asked over the phone which led me misinformed. I then went back to get my hdmi cord and bring it in with the Xbox and the worker began making excuses as to why he can’t accept it. We confronted him about what he said over the phone and I caught him in multiple lies trying to make an excuse to get me to leave, his excuse was it was too late too runt tests on the Xbox but he could’ve just informed me of that over the phone or when I was present in person the first trip I made there without the hdmi. I don’t know who that worker was but he definitely was no help and was blatantly lying about us calling the wrong store.

Sold us a game console that we bought in November for a christmas gift. The console doesn’t work. Called to get an exchange and they told us it had a 7 day warranty! Wouldn’t give us any help. Told us we are screwed. We have bought a ton of product from them. They sell junk and won’t make it right. Don’t waste your money!

I had bought Mortal Kombat 1 yesterday night but had gotten the wrong console, I went back the next day and they said that I couldn’t get a refund but they could give me a $20 credit(the game was $53) they just took $33 and said that I couldn’t get all my money back because “i had opened it” I hadn’t opened the game.

If I have a to give the store rate below one star I will ,Yesterday I went to return the game that I did purchase for my daughter I didn’t have the receipt and I did ask her to look under my account since am a member she keep saying I don’t have it she was in so disrespectful, rude races, and then I ask her do your job she asked to leave the store and she’s not gonna return any of my item even the one I do have the receipt for them just she start threatening me for calling the police like she scared of me like I’m some kind a source of a threat so I did call the police and she did call the police to and I asked the police just to grab my stuff from inside because she was racist and she was trying to get me to jail how cant she can’t find my purchase and it’s under my reward account she is unprofessional lazy was on her iPad all the time her name is shekirah and she was so rude to other customers to I spent around thousand dollar in the store and that’s how she treat the customers who spend alots of money am so disappointed with the kind of employees that game stop hiring now

Note on the door says back in 30. If you need time to eat make sure to schedule more than one person at the store. If you can't manage that, then learn to work while you eat. I've done it and so do a lot of people. No reason to close the store and lock the doors preventing customers from entering.

Be aware when you take the display box off the wall to the front counter. They will simply put a game in the box and sell it to you. You will purchase an opened game. It will be missing the papers and game codes that may be in it new. Gamestop will also deny you a return because they will say you opened it. When you tell them that's how you purchased it, they will say they should have put it in a plastic sleeve which they never do.

Alan (and customer support) went above and beyond today.I logged onto the website to check my points in hopes to save some money on a replacement oled switch, it showed I had over 80k. Great, so I went into the store not even 10 minutes later to use my points and my account stated I had 0 points.Alan called customer service for me and helped me resolve my issue. Alan was super patient with me even though the store seemed understaffed and a small line was forming behind me at checkout.I truly appreciate the care I received today.

Been trying to call all day with absolutely zero answer. I'd be happy to hold if your busy, but ignoring the call 20 times is ridiculous.Absolutely getting a refund for my online purchase and won't be using this location anymore.
