went for a hair cut recently. the girl who cut my hair was rude, did not listen to what I wanted, and did a absolute horrible job. then tried to say ny hair was different textures. it legitimately looked like she put a bowl on my head. my hair was not faded at all like I asked and completely uneven everywhere. I refuse to leave my house without a hat on thats how bad it is. she legitimately took 10 minutes and when I asked why it looked one way on one side and another on the other she said because and didn't even attempt to fix her mess up. DO NOT GO THERE OR IF YOU DO REFUSE TO GET YOU HAIR CUT FROM THE GIRL WITH GREENISH BLUE HAIR DRESSED UNPERFESSIONAL. $20 WASTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to great clips on Saturday and will continue, Maggie cut my hair and did a great job hopefully she will be my regular person for haircuts.
Requested style: I showed Maggie a picture of a cut I wanted and she did a great job, I will definitely return to see her again.

I’m not sure of the lady name however, she has gauge earrings and is multiracial. I came in with my textured hair blown out about 85% and she was able to cut my hair in layers without taking off too many inches. Also, she cut the hair frame my face and be able to wear whether I parted in the left or right side! The only other person who could cut my hair this way was my abuela (grandma) who was an established hair stylist for 27+ years. The price is comfortable considering inflation. She was very knowledgeable, creative and wanted what was best for me. I just want to know where she works full time so I can become her regular!!

Absolutely horrible experience my son and I went for hair cuts.. this being his second hair cut he's 4.. it was like pulling teeth to get greeted at the door and boy were well inviting.. we walked in with the lady who checked in behind us but we just ended up letting the lady behind us go first because we were ignored that long and the lady behind us was greeted first (no kids) finally were up.... we go back no hi, how are you? Just awkwardly walked back and we followed... I sit down hoping to let my son sit on my lap while she cuts his hair.... "I don't do that" mind you the first time we got his hair cut at another location they did no problem and were very nice and patient with him.. he did awesome sat like a champ laughed and giggled and did amazing.. so fine I'll go first I said.. she stomped up to the register to get my ticket and didn't speak a word to me the whole time she cut my hair. Flew thru my cut aggressively and with no care at all poked my head with the scissors.. scrapping my head with the comb didn't wipe my face once after soaking my head... thanks Lauren!! Once done i told my son let's go snd we'll get your hair cut tomorrow... absolutely pathetic she should be fired and ashamed of herself... Wonderful service we will take our money back to the last location where we were treated with respect and hospitality..

Would give zero stars if possible. Rude inhospitable staff. Tried to check in online an hour plus before close. Website wouldn’t let me. Staff told me I was out of luck and wouldn’t cut my hair since I couldn’t get checked in online. Terrible would steer clear of this location and drive out of the way to visit another location in the future. Would recommend everyone do the same.
