Talked to them on the phone 2 times about the same car, drive 1½ hours to see and test drive this car and within 3 minutes on the road it was obvious that the car had extensive transmission issues.

Not only did Alex sell me a truck at a great deal at a time I really needed it, he facilitated every repair for a great price, corrected any errors in a flash, and communicated throughly the whole way. No matter what the reviews say here, I can testify personally that I was provided potentially the greatest service I’ve ever had at a dealership. My experience with this lot was wonderful I don't know how there are people who don't understand that they are used cars and that there are many posters that say in the office that before you buy it you can take it to an expert. Good job guys and thank you for your great help

Accompanied a family member while they were buying a car here. I got many red flags during the process but they went through with buying anyways. It’s been less than a month and the car barely runs now.

Any complaints with this car lot, you can contact the attorney generals office and file a complaint. All complaints are stored in a file in case of investigation purposes. Cases will never be dismissed cause it's not a court, they do however refer complainants out to attorneys to Pursue legal council.also John with channel 9 news recommended going to the ripoff report.com and writing a review along with several other outlets. Hope this helps out any buyers that have had negative experiences. Keep in mind if you rate a 1 star review and get a very nasty comment back from the dealer it can be used against the dealership, I see alot of comments back on customer reviews that can be used. Also lying on a investigation is criminal make sure you all have proof that a dealership had lied in a written statement. This way you know you can win in court.

I wouldn’t buy anything from here. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Bought a car from here and the whole motor needs replaced. They definitely rig their cars because the day after we bought the car, the check engine light came on. Also they’re very rude. Don’t waste your money on them. The cars are not worth it.
Ps, we don’t want your offer. Make sure your cars are reliable first before selling them or you wouldn’t have such bad reviews.

Drove 2 hours to see a car that I thought was in perfect condition. Got there and there was a new HUGE dent and scratch on the whole front of the car. There were scratches and dents covering the outside. No one came out to greet us when we got there. We were so disappointed in the car and service there.
