While I know better than to visit Jungle Jim's on a Saturday, I saw there was a Pickle Smash event and couldn't stay away. Jungle Jim's puts on SO many fun food & drink events-- many of which are free. They held the pickle event in the produce department, which made for some crazy chaos and I felt bad for regular shoppers, but I was pumped to see such a great turnout. Jungle Jim's might be overwhelming at times, but it really is a fun place to be.

What an experience! A foodie's heaven on Earth. Nearly ANY food product you can think of is here...and more! It's important to remember which door you come in, Giraffe or Rhino, because there are two large parking lots. We entered through the Giraffe entrance which takes you to the Toy department first. The Rhino entrance takes you straight into the liquor and cheese counter area. The toy area had lots of unique toys, including a variety of cool Monopoly themes board games (I.e. Barbie, rock bands). Then you pass the kitchen tools area. Any kitchen gadget you can think of, grill brushes, unique cutting boards and ice trays. The list goes on, some things were there that I don't even know the name for! After you pass these sections, it takes you to the LARGE grocery area. They have basic groceries, Clorox wipes, popcorn, dressings, but so much more than that. Any variety of any product you're looking for. The cheese and meat counter/area is to the right and filled with countless varieties. They allow you to sample as well! Near the cheese counter, they also have many types of olives. The beer, wine, and liquor section is impressive. They also have sales which is nice! Wines from Portugal, France, Italy, Spain, the list goes on! Imported beers from Japan, England, and more. Beers and seltzers from every corner of the US. They have a humidor in the liquor section as well! There is a small bar in the middle of the wine and liquor area. They sometimes do samples. They have quite a number of beers and wines you can order and get a full glass of. They also sell whole bean coffee by the bag here! Near the back of the store is produce, seafood, and international aisles. Produce that is hard to find in an average grocery store and seafood so fresh it's still swimming! Meat selection is crazy too! Fresh meat, smoked brats, anything you can think of. We strolled the international aisles, which included England, Australia, Thailand, Africa, and more. They even have a Ramen world area with lots of different choices! There are several restaurants throughout the store, including Jersey Mikes and Starbucks. We spent 3 hours here and didn't even make it down every aisle. It can be quite overwhelming your first time here, but just take it section by section and don't feel like you have to go up and down every aisle. It impossible to totally capture every aspect of the store in one review. If I did, this review would look like a college dissertation! Check out their website for the FULL overview of Jungle Jim's. It is definitely a unique experience and looking forward to doing it again!

Can you call your trip to Cincinnati complete without a visit to THE Jungle Jim's?!?!? Truly a cincy staple, I've been going here for years and can confirm that this is one of the most eclectic grocery stores you will ever visit. It has a TON of international products from around the world, along with an amazing selection of fresh produce and wine/ beer. Honestly, it's a attraction all by itself (from the animatronics scattered across the store to the colorful art and overall unique products you can find), and i find myself always making a visit (whether i need groceries or not). 10/10 establishment, highly recommend checking it out!

Very eclectic grocery store. It’s definitely an event. Lots of different food and drink from around the world. Well themed with animatronics and static displays. They let you taste wine and beer as you shop. It’s fairly crowded but the line move fast. I think I was most impressed by the variety of produce that you don’t normally see. Live fish were fun too.

Great selection of wine ne, cheese, lunch meat, and soda. My personal favorites there is the insane collection of weird soda flavors, and the international food market focusing on European meets and cheeses. I've been here several times and every experience has been wonderful.

This place is truly a wonder. Massive. Expansive. Overwhelming. These words don't do Jungle Jim's justice. If you want it, there's a 99% chance they have it. Aisles by country/region makes a trip to Jungle Jim's an adventure. I just wish there was a better way to navigate and search it, as I'm probably walking by so many things I wish I knew about. We otherwise mainly come for the amazing selection of olive oils, teas, and cheeses. My wife and I are considering a roulette game where we randomly pick a sauce or salsa to try once a month just to explore it more! But why do we REALLY come here? Beer! Yes, there is a beer and wine bar that have special tappings every Friday that sometimes you get to keep the glass. They actually have a substantial tap list, and the bottle/cans selection is probably one of the best around. But the single best thing about Jungle Jim's is you can take your beer around the rest of the store! They even have cup holders on their carts. We jokingly (but half seriously) call a Friday evening trip here a date night, lol. I wouldn't do regular grocery shopping here, as we can never get out of here without spending a few hours. But if we need something special, hard to find, or just want to explore new things, we come to Jungle Jim's.

Theres nothing quite like Jungle Jims grocery store. You probably wouldn't know its a grocery store if you were just driving by. Anything your looking for they probably have. They have so many different kinds of diet root beer which is awesome for me. Like international foods they have it. If you have never been a couple of tips for you. Remember where you park and come in from. Dont take little kids with you. Youll want to spend too much time in there which doesnt bode well for little ones. Be prepared to spend more time in there than you think. You can grab a drink while you shop if thats your thing. Avoid weekends if possible. Finally its pretty easy to spend more than you think there so I recommend having a plan. Its worth going out of your way for.

This market is amazing place! They have everything you can imagine, too much to mention with food aisles of groceries from all over the globe. The meats, produce, cheese, seafood, liquors, smoke shop with a cigar humidor are my favorite spots to hit! Prices are very reasonable and sale prices offer great deals! Each shopping trip is an experience!!! You can get a glass of wine or beer to sip on as you shop!!! Highly recommended!!!

Great Place to visit. Weekdays are best to visit because the weekends are packed. Great selection and prices are pretty good too. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. If Jungle Jim's doesn't have it then it probably doesn't exist. The bathrooms are a must see on the trip through the store. Make sure you have great walking shoes. They even have maps. A must see store. Make sure you have a cell phone for everyone in your party in case you all get separated and need to locate each other.

What can I say about one of the biggest and funnest grocery stores. There is such a wide range of international foods to browse. I enjoy Asian treats and there are so many options. This was my second time shopping here and I was pleasantly surprised in finding fresh Asian baked goods from a local bakery (bakery Q) which were delicious.By far one of my favorite places to visit in the Cincinnati area.

10/10 I would highly recommend this place to locals and visitors. I was so amazed! I can't even describe all the things they have in here. I got lost a handful of times and if I lived here I'd buy a bunch of stuff. The alcohol selection was magical.
