i just called for the first time to ask about a medication and OMG the operator was so rude. looks like someone does not like their job or this pharmacy has red flags!!

Most of the staff is nice, but I went in to pick up my medication and was told not very kindly that I needed to call ahead beforehand. I'd picked up my medication 3 times before then and had never been informed that I was supposed to call ahead. I let her know that she got annoyed with me. I called ahead the next time and got met with more attitude because I didn't call ahead 24 hours in advance. Again, I was not told how far in advance I was supposed to call ahead. I was not told I was supposed to call ahead at all. How am I supposed to know how this works if I'm not informed? It's just a very poorly run operation and unfortunately they're the only pharmacy that supplies the medication I need otherwise I would go somewhere else.

I have been trying to get a refill for over a month and I’ve not heard anything from them. I’ve called, left voicemails, and done online requests but I still haven’t heard anything.
Other than that, this place has a very kind and helpful staff (when I went there). I’m only writing this review in hopes that I might get a response.

I get my dog's medicine from this Pharmacy gabapentinand o I've been with them for probably about 6 months possibly more never had an issue until lately occasionally I need it mailed they've always told me it takes two days which is what it took the medications I get have to remain refrigerated well last month I ordered some and never got it so then I had to pay for that plus pay for a new prescription and then I went out and picked it up well this time my car is not really drivable I'm getting it fixed shortly here so I ordered it again

For the last 5 months I've been getting my semaglutide filled here and every month my doctor upped my dosage because there was zero change in weight loss. Before coming here I was getting the injection in a weight loss clinic, they were working but I hated to go there wkly just to get meds. I switched to you guys only to learn I have been wripped off every month. You compound with b12 but cheated me out of the semaglutide, filled syringe up to 40 units with b12 very tiny semaglutide.. I paid $200 each month to be taken advantage of, how many others have you done this to and continue doing it to. I should really demand full or half of my money back since you didn't provide the ACUTUAL PRESCRIPTION..

Able to get my prescription filled for cheaper than Walmart without insurance, but the 24 hour notice thing and way you have to apply for refills is a pain.

I had a call with Jungle Jim’s today about a partnership with my clinic and wow. Whoever is in charge of the sales department needs to be fired. I have never been greeted by such an angry rude man. I never got his name because of our short disrespectful call. Don’t even bother calling them!
