I visited this location seeking assistance with sephora items and Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the rude behavior of the associates. When I approached this girl with short black hair at the check out counter, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, I was made to feel unwelcome and ignored.
This experience was not only frustrating but left me questioning whether I want to continue doing business here. I would appreciate better training for staff to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and professionally. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in customer service.

Update: updating review from 1 star to 3 stars due to the quick and professional response from kohls.
Went in to return an Amazon item. Waited at the appropriate spot, was the only person in line. The employee didn't acknowledge me at all as they cleaned up their space. After standing there for a min. He looked up and annoyingly motioned me to step up, still not saying a word. At checkout, I then asked a cashier about their price matching. That employee dismissively said no and didn't inquire if it was an in-store matching or online ( which I know they don't do). The difference wasn't that much. However, I decided not to purchase anything due to the attitude I received for a simple question.

Very easy pickup process! Now if Kohl's would just include a paper receipt for exchanges and returns, it will be perfect 👌 Kohl's is a great store!

Visited post Black Friday chaos. Many employees trying to keep store tidy and organized with limited success. The new Sephora location on the central interior is a nice addition. They have removed one of the entrances, only able to enter Rt side.

I use to enjoy shopping at Kohl's. Since Covid and the last 4 years the economy has been down the tubes. The stores, not only Kohls has been a mess. Very unorganized. Also Kohls got rid of their price scanner. I had to find an associate to help me with pricing on items that were not priced.

It seems I only shop at Kohls at Christmas time which might be why on my recent visit I found the store a mess! Items disorganized, clothes on the floor, shelves and racks too close to push a cart through. It was not the enjoyable shopping experience I'm used to.

It says the store is open now. But the doors are locked and they say "Hi, these doors are closed. Please come see us at our other stores." And I can see employees inside as well. Did the store go out of business yesterday or something? There's reviews posted about this store literally from yesterday!🤯

Store clerk maybe even Manager Ashley when I recieved emails about the certain sales, I ask what sales they had she acts like she knows nothing about a sale. She repeats what sale like i am dumb. When I look over and see the sale she proceeds to suddenly have the coupon. Seriously like customer services sucks here at the Bridgewater store. If you don't want customers that shop, that keeps you employed, to use the coupons then why aren't kolhs workers more helpful to you with explaining what sales are currently going on. You would think I was taking the 20% directly from her. People got issues easier to shop online.

Disappointed!
I was inundated with numerous coupons via phone
messages, only one was authenticated.
I have been a loyal customer since the KHOLS
on Princeton Pike,
considered to be the HAMILTON, FAIRFIELD, OHIO area.
The wheelchairs have heavy iron,
spoked wheel that are difficult for an 82 year old customer.
My wife, my son, his two children, my daughter-in-law, my mother-in-law found these wheel chairs, dreadful, dangerous, with no basket or place to put ones items.
Why don't you have electric powered new, wheelchairs available for those who need them.
We SHOP, also!
However, you wheelchair are expensive, antiquated, extremely difficult to maneuver the narrow aisle.
I felt, after all these years as
a loyal customer, when I could walk the aisle, totally ignored.
The staff was helpful, however navigating with these heavy, difficult wheelchairs was PURE torture.

Disappointed again. Inventory very low, prices creeping up more and more. The Forest Park store is starting to look like a warehouse display. A little bit of discontent in the cashier also. They are usually pretty excited and cheerful. Will have to shop less there now that they have changed coupon policies and not in the customer advantage. Specific brands only, almost half the store lines are not eligible in sales or discounts.
