Im VERY disappointed in the order ahead feature. The store at wessel drive in Fairfield offers boars head lunch meat and they offer an order ahead option to “skip the lines” and it’s been down for over a month now!!! Every time I try to use it the order never goes through and I get no notification to let me know it was never received! When I go to the store there is only 1 employee working deli with a line of 10 before me. Y’all got to figure this out!! It’s an absolute joke to shop at your stores this way. GET IT TOGETHER KROGER DELI!!!!!!!

This place is trash now!! The help is young people with attitudes one of them accused me of not paying for some rosemary!!! The next experience was with the guy at the Kroger gas station was treating black people differently than others example he ask the bill ppl to pay for gas first before scanning the Kroger plus card in order to receive the fuel discount which is incorrect and dumb. The customer experience line is trash not helpful when I complained the entire staff there is racially impaired and ignorant trash store trash customer service shut the store and gas station down

Just keeps getting worse as they grow. Fewer check outs open. The U-scan with the belt is a joke. Been told on two different occasions that I have to pay for something that has already been scanned. I take it as being called a thief. I have ask both times please tell me what I'm not paying for. Never got an answer or an apology. If there is a third I will cause a scene. Maybe they should start with "is there a problem ".The selection is continually reduced. I could go on but Kroger doesn't care.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this store. I've been coming to the Fairfield location for about 2 years and to the Erie Rd in Hamilton location for nearly 4 years. Better selection at Fairfield but Erie is closer. Both locations have problems (like many other businesses) getting and keeping people. They're short-staffed and then there's call-ins probably most shifts which make it even worse, especially during busy times, so show some patience and thank those who do show up even waits are longer, etc. Don't take it out on them. In most cases they're not the ones creating the problems.

Just moved to Fairfield from Mason. I had no clue how spoiled we were at Mason location. The customer service is so bad they shouldn't even have jobs. Never enough registers open. Employees gathered talking about others and customers. They all must be from the same family network. I will make the drive to West Chester to my old Kroger and Meijers. Very poorly ran and no one offers to help. I've had 7 spine fusions and needed assistance with lifting some heavy Tide. Was told they would try to find someone for me, what was wrong with them? Worst Kroger's I have ever visited.

Cashier accused me of stealing some rosemary spoke with store Mgr she made excuses for him. Called customer service to complain and the agent had comprehension issues. Supervisor was called and she had me on speaker phone lied said she didn’t. The store and the Manager including the customer service is trash and racially accused me

Awful shopping experience put my cart to the side to grab items. Cart was gone when I came back. Put items Down to grab cart, items gone when I grabbed new cart. Rude employees. Eventually I put all items back and left. Tried to put cart back the cart locked and alarm went off. Awful experience awful store. Won’t ever come back

First of all, why would anyone rate this Kroger a 5 star! It is a dump! When I go in there, they have nothing. I need! The meat selection is very limited as well as everything else! This place needs to be torn down. And a super Kroger built! I will not shop at this nasty place again!

Just left the grocery store after paying I'm sure double for the groceries since the prices have went up. I had to bag all of my own groceries why several employees stood around chatting. The cashier was very nice . But when I asked for help from the manager and rhe other employees they said they were doing their job??? The manager stated that they wasn't HIS job. All I can say is WOW. Not even a discount. Thank you Aldis. I see a bright future for you.

How can a company with billions of dollars allow a site to go so long without the lawn being mowed and looking so trashy? It's embarrassing to see the grounds so overgrown and unattended.

The absolute worst management across all departments! Don’t dare ask for help with anything at all, rude customer service counter, talks bad about other employees and customers, horrible shopping nightmare in this store !

I stopped in Fairfield Kroger on Wessel Drive as I always do for my personal shopping and my business shopping. I needed help loading cartons of bottled water into my cart and into my car. I recently hurt my back and can’t lift over 10 pounds temporarily until it heals. I asked a cashier attendant at the self check out for help. She informed the service desk. The service desk attendant made an announcement over the intercom for assistance in aisle 15. I waited and waited. No one showed. I went back to the same attendant and repeated my request. She told me she made the request and the request was sent out over the intercom. I told her no one came to help me. She didn’t seem to care. Needless to say, I left without any water. I’m sure I’ll find another merchant willing to help a customer in need. Is there any such thing as caring customer service anymore? I’m a believer that there is, and when I find it loyalty is not a big enough word. Good Day!

A fine location. Can be easy to forget dairy and eggs since they're tucked in the back corner. Lots of colorful, seasonal displays.
