Loretta is awesome! Every time I go in she's always very helpful, and has wonderful suggestions. From a management standpoint, she's an exceptional salesperson, and I have started solely going here as a result of her excellent service!

This is a great place with great people. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and will always greet you when you walk in the door. They are accommodating and seriously back their products up. We recently had an issue with one pen that just happened to be a dud. When we called, he said to come in. He did a quick check of the pen and swapped it with no issue. He even tested the new one before I left to ensure it works. This kind treatment is just one of many good experiences I've had over the last few years. If you're looking for a nice, laid back and helpful smoke shop to go to, look no further.
