Customer service provides friendly, knowledgable, helpful and polite. The place provides fast turn around, fair price and cosmetic repair for an old pistol. This hidden gem provides a positive establishment for gunsmithing work. All my gunsmithing work goes to them now.
Very helpful, courteous, and quick. My rifle jammed and a piece fell off when I was taking it apart. I couldn't figure out the issue. They fixed it in 10 minutes and helped me look through some holsters. Great people.

I purchased a firearm from Lighthouse Gunsmith LLC that was listed as including two magazines. When I picked it up, it contained one correct magazine and one completely wrong magazine for an entirely different gun. After some back and forth they finally made it right and shipped me the correct magazine.
