I go here every day and when I tried to pay half in cash and the rest on my debt card like I always do. However I was unable to today due to who she said was the manager, asked who did this for me. I gave a description and then she informed me this employee would be fired due to letting me pay this way because it is against their policy. I have never heard of this so I took my business elsewhere and will now going forward. I hope that employee did not get fired but if so I think I did her a favor. For the “manager” to say well she is going to lose her job over this is a pathetic move on this managers part. Even after I saved I don’t want her to lose her job she stated well she will more than likely this is against our policy. When All that could have been said is I am unable to do this for you I am unsure on how to rather than because you asked for this (like I do everyday there) you just jeopardize someone’s job. I will never give them a penny for what I experienced today.

Went through and got treated really poorly and there is no way to contact anyone to talk to them about their employees and the way they treat customers. Really uncomfortable experience.

I stopped going to this drive-thru because there were idiots that owned it before, when Minnicks bought it I came back because I had used their other locations and was happy with the service. But my last few times at this location and believe me I am there everyday, Milwaukee's Best Ice I have been upset. Why on a Friday Sat or Sunday would you only have 1 person working, that's just stupid and incredibly hard on your employees. I'm going back to the quickie mart up the street because you assholes are just cheap. Get your s*** together, quit sending people home, you are making enough money off me alone to pay a nights wages #quickiemartcominghome

I usually love this place. Great selection, great staff, quick, perfect location. Just went through and dude was obviously high on opiates. Literally about to fall out at any moment. Couldn't keep his eyes open, slurring. I spoke with the girl there (I see her a lot, super nice) and she said she had informed her boss of that over an hour ago. Pretty bad for business. Get him out.

Got what I wanted very fast. They are very nice when I'm asking a question (usually about Lotto) Make sure you tip! Even the change will make their day - I do!! At least a dollar.

Waited more than 10 minutes.. don't even have option to turn back. Only 1 employee all the time even on weekends. Worst frive thru, short on inventory.
