Front desk staff was nice. The assistant was great, super friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. The doctor seemed rushed and not that engaging. Overall the appointment was fine, I went to get my eyes checked for new glasses. Didn't get the glasses... prices are too high ?

Went to wrong location and called and told them so I had appointments scheduled I was only going to be late to 1 appointment and they cancelled all 4 appointments. I will not be going back to this Dr or this location. I work 3rd shift and could of been getting some rest instead of they're were going to cancel all my appointments. Making me waste not only time but gas, and now time to reschedule with another location. Thanks for for showing me your true colors.
EDIT: Yes you did send me an email and a phone number on that email to call you back. I might have done so if when i tried to reschedule my appointments at other offices if you were not holding my benefits hostage so I couldn't even schedule any visits because it said we already used the benefits. Had to call your offices to release my benefits because they shouldn't have been ran and held and you provided no services. SO, because of so many mishandled parts I will not be reaching out to you, and frankly will never do any business with this doctor office.

I have been going to the Fairfield location off and on for several years, but have been a patient of My Eye Doctor (previously Wing Eyecare) for over a decade and after my appointment yesterday, this will now be my go to office even though there is one closer to me. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are kind, professional, helpful, caring, and made the entire appointment more relaxing. Dr. Martin Unaeze was hands down the best eye doctor I have seen. He was kind, caring, professional, quick and answered all of my questions in detail. If you are looking for eye care, I highly recommend trying this location!

Arrived for appointment, to be told it was canceled because of not having updated insurance information, so Dr. went home, and insurance hasn't changed in 10 years. My wife uses the same office for..On top of that, it is so important to update my insurance, so why not ask for it while I was there.

This place sucks. I arrived and asked where they were located in the parking lot. I made an appointment Anthony turner .I was going to be a new patient. I confirmed my appointment on line twice. She said she called me once and canceled me. Furthermore she said she was not able to check emails for confirmation. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

We’ve never been to this location. When we walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind, professional, and engaging. The doctor was pleasant and shared his knowledge and expertise. I would go back to this location because the staff and the experience were great.

Went here for a routine eye exam. The staff was all very friendly and professional. Dr. Martin E. Was very carrying and answered my questions. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Do not recommend. The staff is unfriendly, lacks manners and acts as if they are doing the patient a favor. I came into this office after having visited another location in the city. These office is older with some old smell. The only good thing about this place is the eye doctor. She is nice and friendly.
