DOES EVERYONE WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL? BECAUSE THE AREA MANAGER, JESSICA AND HER SUPERVISOR'S TREAT THE GOOD, HARDWORKING MANAGERS LIKE CRAP. KRISTEN(GM), AND MYSELF (AGM) BUSTED OUR BUTTS WORKING 60-70 HOURS A WEEK. NEGLECTED OUR FAMILIES TO WORK, ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE WE DIDN'T MATTER AND WERE ABSOLUTELY REPLACEABLE. THE TRANSFERRED A MANAGER JOHN, AND HE BROUGHT HIS HEROIN ADDICTED DAUGHTER AND HER GIRLFRIENDS TO MANAGED THE PLACE. ONE SUNDAY THEY SET ME UP TO FAIL BY TAKING ALL THE DOUGH I NEEDED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING FOR TWO BIG ORDERS. SO I COULDN'T FULFILL THE ORDERS. THAT WAS MY LAST DAY. SAD IS I LOVED WORKING FOR PAPA JOHN'S BUT THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO EMPLOYEES.

The staff doesn't answer the phone I was on hold to speak to the manager they hung up then tries 4 or 5 more times as soon as it would ring they would hang up on me just tried calling again on hold another 7 minutes and they pickup and hang up ones again I'm just trying to find out from the manager why my receipt from my online order is $47.91 after tip and everything and yet you guys charged my account $57.49. The automated machine said press 5 for manager I know everyone in there can here the phone ring. This is why businesses go out of work because of lazy employees.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called place. The order was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes when I got there, the order was never made and they act like I never called the most unprofessional manager ever because she was the one that took my order on the phone

It's always hit or miss here. Sometimes the pizza is baked just right and it is scrumptious.. Other times, the employees will slop everything together, with the toppings meshed all haphazardly on the pizza. The last time I ordered, they must have been in a hurry because the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. I received it as a dough pie. I didn't complain because I did not want to wait another hour to get another one. Anymore though, it's too greasy and heavy to digest, so I skip it all together.

Absolute worst place to get pizza from. Service and pizza is a complete joke. I regret my decision to order from this establishment. Never again will I make this mistake! Hopefully this location closes down and the location can be used as something more beneficial like another random tax facility. Worst experience ever....

Ordered from here tonight for the first time in a very long time. Pizza took forever to get here. Tried calling and just got a recording. No one would answer the phone. Since we live nearby, I decided to drive there and find out where our pizza was. It came in the meantime (husband was home) but it was cold and we had to reheat it to eat. Guess it will be another very long time before we order from here again. I’ll stick with Dominoes. It’s always fast and hot!

Every single time I order from here something is wrong. The GM lied about giving me a credit for a pizza that wasn't done. Then I had a credit for a 2 liter that I bought but they didn't bring, and they told me to call if I wanted to use the credit. I called twice and nobody could add the credit to my account. They instead offered a 15% discount & somehow even with the discount the total was still over $15 more than what they was charging online so I said just forget the credit I'll order online. The customer service is terrible. At this point I don't want any refunds or credits I just simply will order from a better pizza place.????????????????????

The Works pizza is always amazing! I just think that the Fairfield location needs to hire about 5 to 6 more people to get them through the Friday night rush. I thought it would be better to pick it up myself. I was wrong. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to get my pizza. I showed up when they told me it would be ready, and I still waited 45 more minutes. Please hire more people! The ones who were there looked exhausted.

WORST experience ever. Placed an order at 5:30... Its now 8:42 and never recieved the cheesestick. Called MULTIPLE times and no one has an answer for us. Will not be ordering from here agin. "Supposedly" there will be a refund.... Doubt it.

I hadn’t ordered from here for a long time. And I never will again. A number of the toppings appeared to have been put on the pizza after it was cooked, the order was missing one of the sides I ordered and was charged for. Both my son and I are experiencing stomach issues today after eating the pizza.

Took 3 calls and about 5-6 hours to finally get my order. First 2 supposedly my order was delivered. They remade it twice. It was delivered on the last try. Will be going to the pizza place across from where I live now. Fyi...don't have a personal car so l couldn't go get it. Nothing was offered to compensate this

I have ordered from this location exclusively and semi-regularly for 5 years now. My overall opinion is this: 90% of the time your food will be 20 minutes to 1 hour late (I’m not exaggerating). The pizza in my extensive experience actually comes out pretty good. Toppings have never been wrong! But the deliveries man. 40% of the time it’s semi hot or warm but usually acceptable. Timely delivery has been an absolute failure for years.

I guess I’m done with delivery. The driver showed up outside the delivery time. The pizza was Luke warm. Those silver lined bag they put you’re pizza in aren’t that great at holding in heat. I live 2 miles away from the papa John’s I ordered from and it took 20 minutes to deliver according to their

Horrible service they said my medium pizza would take 15 to 20 minutes I went to pick it up 30 minutes after placing it and was still not ready ended up taking 58 minutes for my order to be ready no annoying. If I could give no stars I would!
