Unreliable and from my own experience, the salesperson has no issues misleading you. Not helpful or trustworthy. It’s worse if you make the mistake of purchasing from them and need assistance. Divert, deflect, and finally they’ll ghost. You. When you reach back out to them the cycle repeats.

I have a 2015 crv I payed over $2000.00 last August to get my a/c fixed and it when out again it took over a day to have someone call me at 7:00 am and wake me up to tell me it was the warranty on the a c was up and it was not covered 1 week over the warranty so told him I'm not paying a nother 2000 I'll go some where else

I've been a customer for 23 years -- don't know what has happened with this place!! Brought my CRV in for a few problems, one of which was starting problems. They had it a week, I spent over $4,400 on repairs. Had to take it back less than a week later, spent half a day waiting for repairs that were said to have been done the first time. Within less than a week, car had problems starting just like before I took it in. I've called many times, left messages, asked for the manager, have spoken to him, been told I would get the car towed (since it won't start at all and has been blocking my garage for 2 weeks now), was told I would get an estimate on the starter that was never fixed. Tomorrow will be a week and still nothing! I have always had good service. This is making me so angry that my attorney butt is considering my options. I hate writing this review, but NOTHING ELSE IS WORKING! Maybe this will get your attention??

Was going to buy a car and was told that they do not accept my financial institution. Later, I called back to verify if that was true and that they apparently did accept my institution. They lied because they didn't want to sell me the car. Find some other dealership if possible.

Left driveway after 2 1/2 oil change hood popped up as soon as I came to a red lite to busy to shut hood .could of been a disaster
