This is honest review and I'll share my passed experiences with Performance Toyota, including this one. Back in 2018 I was in the market for a 4runner and the "salesmen" as I dealt with 2 of them on different days and would not come down on price at all and would not even let me go on a test drive alone, which was ok as they ticked me off so much that I ended up buying one at Kerry Toyota down in Florence as they gave me a killer deal, best car buying experience so far. Fast forward to March 2022 and I'm looking for a Sienna, height of the car bubble, they had 3 vans arriving and 9 people were there and some were there with their families so 6 people were going away without a van. I was there for about 8 hrs and they would not give me the value of my trade in until the van had arrived which was shady but whatever. Of course they tried to low ball me on my trade-in but I told them to keep their van but at that time they were prioritizing people with trade-ins they could sell so they bumped up their original value by a couple grand to a more fair price. I got the van but more because I needed one for my growing family , I was not happy with the process as it felt like I was in a rat race but I got one back when you had to agree to buy one sight unseen. Dealers took people for a ride and I wasn't too happy with that whole experience but I give credit to the saleswoman I dealt with back then as she was doing everything she could to get me a van, running back and forth with management to get me to agree to a deal. So credit where credit was do. Now fast forward to Sep of 2024. I'm happy with my van, no problems just doing the recommended maintenance, I get emails all the time about selling my van as it's a sought after vehicle. They ask me to come and look at their new ones and I just wanted to see what they had and was not serious about buying one at all. They ended up giving me a killer deal this time and a trade in value I was very happy with. I dealt with this salesman named Sterling Jackson, really good stand up guy and he worked really hard to get my business and this last time was a much more pleasant experience. So things have gotten much better from my first experience and it's the closest Toyota dealership to my house so I prefer to go there first and hope the experience will be better. I think it helped that I wasn't serious about getting one and if the van I liked sold then that was OK with me as I was more than happy with mine. I hope they keep this up and really try and make their customers feel as though they got a fair deal. That is all, and if you're in the market for a new Toyota ask for Sterling Jackson.

It was a great experience on time and on point. It wasn’t a disappointment at all. It was great. I love my car.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Performance Toyota.Being transparent, my initial intent was to merely check a box as I had my head set on a different make and model vehicle elsewhere. I was met inside by the dapper Keith Ford. After astutely assessing my demeanor, he brought out a car I would have never thought of on my own. In short, he nailed it! I still continued to visit other dealerships (all the while driving the car Performance smartly allows you to take out for the day)but after extensive research, I realized this car was the perfect fit. I will add that Keith has amenable, informed and at no point pushy. Additionally, the finance guy (who's name escapes me) was delightful - smart and funny- an interesting combo for a finance person:) I've bought a LOT of cars over the years and by far Keith is exceptional. Find him at Performance and make this dealership your first stop!

Toyota Buyer Beware! DONT TRUST TOYOTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@
Stay away from Jeff, the finance manager at this dealership—he's absolutely deceptive. I was involved in a car wreck, and dealing with Toyota has been the worst part of the entire experience. The entire team has shown nothing but dishonesty. Be cautious—they're not to be trusted!

The purchase experience of my lexus rc was really enjoyable and the sales team was great up front, I'd love to say I could recommend purchasing here unfortunately all of my experiences with the dealer have been very bad past the inital purchase, it is extremly difficultto get ahold of anyone over the phone to set anything up, and getting service work done s very rare, almost impossible if the job is covered by warranty. Due to these issues I went into the dealer to try to cancel my coverage to use the money to pay for the repairs somewhere I could actually get a response from, only to come and find out the warranty I was sold is uncancelable ( first I've ever seen this and I've owned about 9 cars at this point)
Despite my obvious frustration and explaining to the manager that if no work can get done the warranty they sold me is completely useless to me and with it being also unrefundable that seemed quite unfair, despite all this, I was still not able to set up an appointment for service
Very disappointed, I was extremly excited about the car purchase but the dealer has taken alot of fun out of the ownership experience
Edit: for anyone curious the claim I've been pursuing is a simple pdr and paint touch up, very simple job maybe a day max, due to this I'm absolutely dreading having any actaul issue that would involve my car staying at there garage I needed to take care of through the dealer, which is the reason for my wanting to cancel the warranty. It's just hard to believe a team that can't return a voicemail within a month is going to have a very good turn around time on service

On 07/31/24, my wife and I made the mistake of visiting **Performance Toyota** at **5676 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014**. We were in a vulnerable position and ended up financing a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, which we thought was in great shape. However, we were blatantly deceived by the sales team. They claimed that an employee had taken the keys home, preventing us from test driving the vehicle.
In reality, they were hiding the truth: the car reeked of marijuana and was clearly used as a filthy ashtray. They wanted to cover up the stench, and now, weeks later, the smell is unbearable. My children are complaining, and my wife and I don’t smoke anything, let alone marijuana. It’s humiliating. I have to fog the car weekly just to tolerate it. I dread the thought of being stopped by law enforcement, fearing our rights could be violated due to Performance Toyota’s negligence.
To make matters worse, I've reported malfunctioning side mirror indicators to their service department. Abby Couch, the representative I spoke to, brushed me off and suggested I take the car to Honda myself. This is unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to steer clear of **Performance Toyota**. You don’t want to be taken advantage of like we were—overcharged for a vehicle that smells like it belongs in a junkyard. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs.

The services were excellent. People were friendly and nice! The only thing I didn’t like was the hidden costs dealer add ons. The price listed on their website $42k, but the dealer gave us price $47k then plus other hidden costs that we weren’t aware besides the extra protection package they wanted us to buy that was small cost. So the total price we ended with $55k without taxes. Just friendly reminder for new buyers, make sure you check the paperwork for the cost you have to pay regardless loan or cash. Recommendation: it would be better if the website would list the prices dealer wants to sell, so the customers don’t get a surprise.
Update: I was called in to sign the new papers for a better rate with another bank but yet when I returned home had a chance to look at the papers found the price has gone up over $1k with the contract service added more charges and the protection package went up $100 more. Besides saving me monthly payments $10 a month but they added more $ money into my loan total. I called them and left a voicemail but no return call yet.
