Very disappointing visit today. I have been here sooooo many times over the years. Purchased pets from them a few different times. Today I went in around 1 o'clock today to purchase a bird. I even called ahead of time! Told the guy i talked to that I was going to be in around that time! There were maybe 2/3 other customers in there besides me, so not busy at all. No greeting or acknowledgment when we walked in. My family and I walked the wall looking at pups. Still nothing from any employee. Stopped at the birds, was picking the one we wanted. I looked up multiple times to get someone’s attention. Made eye contact and waved for some assistance. NOTHING! I stood at the birds for 15 minutes! Not one employee was interested in helping me. I am not going to chase down an employee that has clearly seen me! We left and took our business to another place.

Youssef and Lisa were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and you can tell they love the animals.

They sold my mentally ill family member a dog for $4000. They are unable to take care of the dog, the store wont take it back, and now we are left trying to find a home for the pup with the family member still having to make payments.

Little kids and a lot of people where grabbing the hamsters by the neck and tail, petting the animals should not be aloud.

We truly had a wonderful experience! I called before we drove from out of state to pick up our new puppy (a maltese) and the girl on the phone was so nice. When we arrived they were great with us. Getting us into a booth to see our little puppy. The puppy was so happy and playful. She was an absolute sweetheart (both the girl who helped us and the puppy). The staff made sure that we had everything we needed for our new puppy. They were extremely helpful and wonderful. We have now had our new puppy for a few days and she had a great check up at our local vet. Our new little puppy is happy, healthy and a bundle of joy. Thank you Petland Fairfield, we love our new addition to our family.

Thanks so much taking care of the REMSevita group today! Daniella was friendly and kept the place so clean while my group of four tried to save their shoe strings and hearts from the kitty and pomski they played with.

Ellen and Lisa are amazing!! They were so helpful while purchasing our cavapoo puppy (we named her Honey 🍯 cause she’s the sweetest girl). They also were extremely sweet and patient with our energetic 3 year old son. Thank you both for the service you provided 🥳🥹 Ask for them when getting your next fur baby !! 🩷

I went to Petland 9/1/2025. I purchased live aquarium plants, rosy barbs, and some decor. The lady that helped me, (I forget her name but she had an owl dreamcatcher tattoo on her arm :3 ) She was so sweet and happy to help out with all my needs. I recommend this place, and their prices beat other places on tropical fish for sure!

Walked in with my boyfriend and left with a new member of the family! Youssef was beyond helpful. Was there every time we needed assistance with a big smile on his face. He made this experience very comforting and exciting. Never in my life have I experienced such amazing customer service!
