Ive banked for 5 years with this bank, and every week seems to be harder and harder for me to even be able to get my cash out, either faced with attitude from new workers, or offered a cashiers check. What is the point of having a bank that can never give you your money

I love my bank!! I've never had any trouble with them like I have others and that's really nice. It's not a nice feeling not to be able to trust where you keep your money, cause believe me I've dealt with some stuff that you wouldn't think would happen once nevertheless twice. So thank you PNC for being a bank I can trust and also a great bank altogether!!

I usually have pretty decent experience at this branch. But today I e had to call 4 times for something I need assistance with, that I know they can do and have been passed along. Something common I. PNC are employees sending people to customer care for things they can do at the branch. Busy or not. What’s missing today is simple phone etiquette. When you need someone to hold you don’t first ask them what they need, then cut them off in mid sentence to tell them you are busy assisting other customers and placing them on hold without missing a beat, and from none other than their branch manager, Dawn. If you’re busy, or have a customer “in your face” you ask to place a customer on a brief hold. Don’t ask them what they need and cut them off. Why are there so many people in management with this company who seemed to have missed this simple step in customer care is beyond me. Hire better.

Phenomenal prompt, friendly service and left with a new debit card based on foresight to catch card as aged item. Excellent service despite C19 hassles on a wire from phone call through completed process. Gail was an absolute pleasure to do business with - found my PNC branch when in this area.

This location is so slow!! Their customer service reps are rude , I waited in line for 30-40 minutes at the drive-thru just for them to say they can not help me. The Assistant manager that came to the door said their appointment slots are all booked out for the month! In the lobby there was no customer's, there was 5 worker's 2 looked busy and 3 was standing around talking.Not convenient when you need to access your money! When you call no one answers the telephone! Went to a different bank opened an account handled everything I needed to in less time waited in the drive-thru line at Pnc!!

This branch has no lobby service; it has also limited ATM hours and no cash withdrawals at the ATM. How much more inconvenient could it be!!!

They changed managers awhile ago and the customer service has progressively gotten worse. The outside ATM is always broke and the tellers are slow. They will have a line out the door and half the employees will be standing around giggling and watching. Bank elsewhere.
